Jorge Gian and Dean every single one of the men that came in and a few women I met actually were very helpful and very calming because I was very upset at times and they were very respectful. I went on vacation...when I came back home...my water heater let go in my cellar...80 gallons of water...I called serv pro of Agawam....the woman I spoke to was very understanding and a pleasure to deal with...she sent 2 gentlemen Dean and George...they were fantastic explained the process....worked very hard to restore my cellar...and kill the mold that had set in...they did a excellent job!...I highly recommend them....

Called to get assistance with a flooded basement. The rep said a technician would call back within the hour. When that didn't happen, I called again and asked for a call back the following morning. When I didn't receive a call, my wife reached out again. The rep said she would hear from a technician within two hours. We never got a call. Don't waste your time with them.
