Servpro took care of cleaning up my basement after my water heater broke. The Servpro team was awesome. They did a great job cleaning up. Explained what they were doing and why, and very professional. I would highly recomend them to others.

A few week ago my water heater exploded and Servpro was on the job. From the moment of the first call to Olga to the last call with Deb they were professionaland. Dispatch time was right away. Professional young man by the name of TaShawn entered our home with an explanation of how the team would carryout the service. Servpro's team was polite, worked well together and got the job done. We would highly recommended!!!

I did not have a good experience with these people. At first they tell you everything you want to hear then they leave you hanging. Their billing is sketchy . It felt like they just want to grab the cash and go. Invoices for 'services' that make no sense .Google the company , many horror stories. I ended up using a local independent company that charged me a small fraction what I would have paid with them .

Top notch company. Found myself in the unpleasant situation of a flooded basement. Khalid, Edwin, and their team of awesome professionals went to work quick. They were diligent, thorough, cautious and extremely competent. I would highly reccommend this Springfield/Agawam ServPro to any and everybody who finds themselves in the misfortune situation of needing their expertise!!!

Water heater leak. 3+ inches o floor thru carpets and furniture. ServPro team led by Deshaun came in drained floor with sump pumps and eliminated damaged rugs and other items damaged. In the office Debbie kept in contact to update and review work. In no time with dehumidifers and fans the floors were dry and furniture lifted off floor to dry bottom legs and base. Then water heater was replaced. They sent everything to insurance and all was paid 100%. Great teamwork and very efficient. Like the commercial says " Like it never happened"

When our hot water heater let go, we called Servpro Agawam to clean up and assess the damage. The response was great; the crew was able to come out late in the evening to clean up the standing water and start the drying process. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up and preserving our finished basement. Through their efforts, we were able to preserve all the drywall in the basement and the tile floor in the bathroom. The administrative staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with as well.

Servpro came out to help me after a sewage backup in my basement. Debbie was so patient and helpful with getting everything setup, even dealing with my insurance to get the appropriate information over regarding the service. The techs that came out were very friendly, and explained what was going to be done to clean up the area. They cleaned my unfinished basement and even removed all cobwebs! I was super satisfied with the work they did, and I felt confident that they did what was necessary to avoid any other hazards, such as mold, from my basement so my family and I would be safe. So grateful to Debbie and the Servpro staff for making this a comfortable process in an uncomfortable situation.

I had smoke damage in February of 2023 and Deb from ServPro answered all my questions and reassured me that everything would be OK. The team of guys who worked in the house were respectful of my things and were quick. They did a great job packing everything away and cleaning the house. They allowed me in the house to see progress and addressed all my concerns. ServPro helped me find the professionals to dry clean everything and the people to clean the ducts, after the fire/smoke damage. I honestly would never have known where to start or what to do had it not been for Deb and her team. She always answered my phone calls and got back to me in a timely manner. She helped work with the insurance company to be sure everything was paid for. A fire and smoke damage is scary and there were many times I wanted to cry, but I knew that my house and belongings were in good hands with the ServPro team. My son and I are forever grateful and indebted to them!

I discovered water in my basement due to my hot water heater letting go. The company who services my heater came out to assess the situation. They advised me that I should have someone come out to dry out my basement as there was quite a bit of water. The plumber happened to mention ServPro to me so I immediately called. From the first conversation with the person who answered the phone to today when the fans and humidifier were removed, the service I received was one of the best experiences I have had with any company. Not only was everyone professional, the care they took with what needed to be done was outstanding. James, David, TaShawn and Jose, who came out to place the equipment and did daily checks on the progress, were very informative with the progress. They discovered a sentimental item that had received water damage and immediately hung the pieces up to dry. Besides being professional at their jobs, the compassion they showed in understanding how traumatic an experience like this can be and taking the time to listen was more than I expected. I can't thank them all enough for easing my stress! Not that I want the need to use ServPro again but, if the needs arises, they will be the first call I make! Thank you all for making what was a stressful time as pleasant of an experience as it could be!

The service from Will and Carlos was excellent. I was overwhelmed with the initial problem. They took care of everything, from demo to cleaning. I will use them again if a problem was to occur again.

The Servpro crew has been awesome! When your house gets flooded it's no joke. You're sloshing through water, everything is soaked, and it's really disorienting. What to do? Where to start?
Servpro showed up fast and dried everything out. Then they helped manage all the sorting and saving and tossing, and getting everything back to normal. And best of all, they kept us calm and sane. 100% recommend!

I had a great experience with Servpro of South Springfield, Agawam, and Longmeadow. Upon contacting Servpro through my insurance company, a crew was there immediately and stayed for hours to ensure that the proper equipment was in place and that the necessary items were secure to prevent further water damage. The project was led by Yalexie. Other Servpro employees; Gian, Jorge, Dean, Carlos, and Will along with Yalexie did a great job with water removal, wood floor which was not easy to remove, and carpet. The basement has been completely cleared and clean appropriate and now I am ready for our contractor to come repair our basement from the water damage. They can start immediately. Again, thanks Servpro for a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Will and Carlos were absolutely amazing!!!! The quality of their work was top notch! They are dedicated, efficient, and very thorough and left the area clean and ready for step 2. I was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning and they put me at ease. Thank you for everything!!!!

Although the initial team that came out to my home after my expansion tank broke and flooded my basement was wonderful, the follow up after has been terrible. As soon as the were physically done with the job (soaking up water and disposing of items) that is where the good service stopped. It has been weeks now and me or my insurance adjuster can’t get answers to submit our claim. We keep getting told a few more days that was 1 1/2 weeks ago. It has been 3 weeks now and we have nothing to submit to the insurance company. Very poor communication.

The services that my family and I received from Dean, Manuel, Alexander and their team were absolutely impeccable. My family can't stop talking about it.

Long story short, we had our furnace blow up in the basement of our home and it turned everything black. Our white walls and everything that was light colored were now a stained brown/black. When the team came in, they were so willing to help and they took their time to move everything and rearrange them while they were cleaning. They were so particular and made sure that everything was cleaned to perfection.

Not only did they do such a great job at cleaning, they drove a long way to my home in Webster, just to make sure that I was happy with their services; which truly, I will always be grateful to them for what they did for me and my family.

I just want to say thank you so much for what you have done for me. I am so happy to have a clean home again and it is so freeing to know that if anything drastic like this ever happens (which God forbid), I know where to go.
