We were stressed because our oil burner died in early December. We called many companies and received three estimates. NextGen Aire sent Matt right away. He was pleasant, professional, very knowledgeable, provided us good advice and was able to give us an installation date that was only 5 days ahead! He educated us about propane heating systems, on demand water heating systems and provided a written detailed estimate, complete with pictures before he left. The project was complicated. Matt's estimate was very competitive and made our decision-making very simple. The installation was completed in a timely manner, technicians were on time, very professional and friendly. There was some tweaking needed post installation. The company technicians were immediately available and very responsive. We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have found NextGen Aire. We are happy to be working with them in the future.

This company is incredible from start to finish. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They excel in customer service, quality of product and in knowledgeable and professional staff from Erin in the office who I had to have reschedule my mini split installation twice for me, Jeff who patiently answered all our questions and helped us select the right product, the installation crew who were so efficient and comfortable to be around. The office will reach out with texts to confirm appointments and to introduce the workers who would be coming to the house. They text worker arrival times.
When there was a small error on my final bill, it was taken care of within hours. I can say my whole experience with them was flawless and I would also add they their estimate for my Mitsubishi mini split, installation and 3 year maintenance agreement was several thousands less than a competitors. Great job!

NextGen has been great for our mini-split needs. Great competitive pricing and top tier service. Very responsive and customer oriented. Even more, their on staff electrician Austin is great! We also used NextGen a second time to get Austin’s general electrician services and could not be happier with the turnout.

I recently hired Nextgen Aire to install some split unit heat pumps and am very happy with the results. Matthew was very responsive, his prices very competitive, and his team very professional; he worked hard to implement exactly what I wanted and has been great answering questions after the installation.

NextGen Aire's owner Matt came to my house immediately after I told him of the water stain I noticed on the ceiling. Before he arrived, he instructed me how to turn off the main water and burner.
He worked from 11:30pm until 1:30am. He fixed our heating pipeline so that we could have heating in the night.
He was very polite and professional. He used a shoe cover when entering our house, and he cleaned up very well after his work.
I am very happy with NextGen Aire and would strongly recommend it to anyone else.

At arrival Will did a thorough check to find out the issue and got to the ground very fast. Then he explained what to do and what are the options. Right after decision he went on to get the required parts and finished the job in a short amount of time.

He was always very professional and kind, tried to avoid interruption or impact in the house as much as possible. Overall his professionality was awesome - something I always experience when the NextGen team is on side. Anytime again!

When our boiler stopped working, they were able to come out the same day I called. Matt, our technician was prompt, found the problem and was able to fix it quickly. I've used this company in the past and it's always been a positive experience!

Matthew and Tim did a phenomenal job with the install. We had our infant at home throughout the process. They were very mindful of her location and sleep status and the five day install had minimal disruptions.

Furthermore, they were super mindful about the outdoor visibility. You would need to look very hard to find evidence of system.

Pricing was competitive with other major installers in the area. Absolutely would recommend.

My experience with Matt at NexGen Aire was amazing! I was told I might need a new Furnace as it appeared my old one had a small crack/air leak. I had many companies come out but I have to say Matt was the only one who actually took the time to exam the furnace and check the date the furnace was made. He was able to save me thousands by assuring me I did not need a new furnace, just a replacement of some very old pipes leading into the furnace. He came when he said and went over and above the job as he had to replace all the vents on my hot water radiators.

Had a great AC repair experience with NextGen Air and tech Will Ross at my house in Newburyport MA. Mini split system not working for that first heat wave a few weeks ago. I reached out to a number of local shops. Next Gen responded and got me scheduled, found the issue, ordered parts and got it repaired and running quickly and efficiently. They were great at communicating, Will showed up on time, polite and professional and did it for the price quoted. Next Gen Air is now my go to place for AC repair.

I have mixed experiences with this company. The technicians that I have met have been notably kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The company itself has been rather disappointing, non-transparent, and uncompromising.

After work was done on my system that I did not authorize in fall of 2023, I was offered a free 1 year membership as a compromise. The only problem I had was when, 10 months later, I was told there was no membership record even though I had the invoice that showed the membership discount. After no compromises were offered, I moved on and booked another $99 annual checkup, which would have been covered by their membership program.

Will came out in Nov of 2024 and did a great job going over my system. The only problem, the checkup was actually $175. I wanted to make sure Will was paid for his excellent work, but I don't appreciate the deception and will be looking elsewhere for our annual checkups and future maintenance.

We recently had Next Gen install a whole new furnace. We live in a condo attached to a very old house and the basement is VERY hard to access. But Matt and his crew patiently and politely went about their business putting the new equipment in, hooking all the systems up and dragging the old furnace and water heater out. Took them several long days, with our dog barking raucously every time someone came or went. Matt was patient with his explanations of the process, gave us updates every evening before leaving
and always answered all our questions respectfully.
His crew, Will, Tim and Jeff, went about their business with focus while also being sensitive to our being in the room they had to go through to access the basement. All in all, a big job done by a conscientious, wise, skilled and thoughtful men. Thank you!
PS. We use Next Gen also for our air conditioning service with absolutely no complaints.

Cannot say enough good things about this outfit! Matthew the owner is very focused and professional. He met with us twice before starting the project, and made sure he understood exactly what we expected. He and his crew did a fantastic job, installing an outdoor heat pump and two minisplits in our home despite structural and architectural challenges. Would not hesitate to hire him again.

I was very impressed with Matt’s knowledge of how he could put the mini splits into my condo unit. I had another person come out and they could not figure out how to wire it. I’m very grateful for his professionalism. Everything has to be approved by the board and he was excellent at showing pictures right from the start so we would be able to move quickly and get approval from Condo association. Came out on a SuperBowl Sunday after a snow storm within a few hours of my initial call. Diagnosed and fixed the issue with our furnace in a timely manner. Our technician was extremely nice and communicated what he was doing and troubleshooting. Would definitely recommend them.

Had the pleasure of working with Matt. The whole process was amazing and super easy. From the start Matt was focused on my needs and on the system that would be the best fit in my situation. It was my choice to do a brand new heating (with oil) and cooling with a new oil tank.

I didn't make it easy on Matt asking for specific equipment for my new HVAC system and Matt delivered. For example I wanted certain brand for the AC condenser and Ecobee Premium thermostats.

Also Matt was very accommodating and completed the entire install while wearing a respirator the entire time. I'm medically fragile and I take care of my sick mother so this was a biggest thing for me.

The install itself was sleek, detailed and professional. As a result I signed up for their membership program.

Every ask was accommodated. Matt listened, cared and did it my way!
