Working with Rick and his crew was a very positive experience. He came to the house for an estimate on the first day I called. He assessed the property, gave recommendations and an estimate. Within a couple of weeks he and his crew arrived and did exactly as we had discussed. His equipment and crew were top notch. Thank you Rick on a job well done!

My go to when I have an sewer issue! They have helped me with some challenging sewer situations and always make my issue feel like a priority! Highly recommend!

Called me back on the same that I called. Prompt, courteous, & knowledgeable! I hope that I don’t need plumbing service again (in my dreams!), but I would call Robert MacLeod again if I do!

Five stars does not do Ashburnham Plumbing Express justice, Robert, the owner, deserves 10 stars.
He has done work for us small and large; from unclogging drains, replacing radiators, cleaning boilers, to a full steam boiler replacement and addition of a hot water heater in the dead of winter. All with excellent pricing and service, no longer seen, very often.
As for the steam boiler replacement.....he was here on a weekend night at 10:00pm with water pouring out of our radiators, out of the boiler and into the house. No ridiculous pricing, just a quick, (here in TEN MINUTES, QUICK) helping hand in a rotten situation. We had heat restored as quickly as he could get a steam boiler and he checked on us daily, to ensure we were up and running.

As the child of a contractor, who grew up working with her Dad, surrounded by contractors, I know what it was like to provide prompt, courteous, well priced service.
Many of those Contractors are now gone.

So I love to see those same values in someone you hire now.
I CANNOT recommend Ashburnham Plumbing Express or Robert enough. That recommendation does not come easily.

Tyler came and installed mini splits at my house, he is very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone.

They did really good job discussing different options and finding the best "bang for the buck" solution. Saved me thousands comparing to different quotes. Also the Samsung units they instaled are really nice and quiet and no anoying draft.

I initially thought about DIY the project but after seeing how much work they had to do Im glad I did not :D

Also the crew seemed really nice guys.

My only complain is that the condensation pumps are on the nosier side, but I guess this is something that can be discussed before the project and there are quiter units if you are willing to spend few extra $.

Over all really happy with the project :D

Tyler his team were great. They fit me in to diagnose a problem with our existing condenser (the previous installer didn’t seal the back which allowed mice to nest). They replaced with the current Mitsubishi condenser and branch box and we off and running. They were prompt, clean, communicated well, and they looked like they enjoyed what they do!

Highly recommend this company for cooling systems!!! I had a really tight timeline and Tylor helped me to make everything on time and high quality finish! Rob and team worked really hard to make everything works and extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!! Very professional & responsible! I am very happy with CirculAir and next time for similar project, I will def reach out to them without any hesitation
