Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us pick the best unit for our needs and we are very happy with it! (We went with a Samsung brand and love that it has an app feature) He helped answer any questions we had before and after installation and had everything set up for us quickly!! Very pleased overall and will for sure use them again for future mini split needs!!

This review is coming from someone who has had poor contracting work done in the past, and I can absolutely say this was not that. This father-and-son combo is extremely professional, kind, and most importantly respectful in every way. From start to finish, they were a great company to work with if you’re looking for mini-split installation.

Tyler, the owner was extremely thorough out about answering all our questions. We were concerned about the esthetics and positions, he was able to show us mock diagrams which were extremely helpful for visualizatio, and was accommodating to our needs and preferences. The team was extremely professional and respectful of our home and at no time was I worried leaving it in thier care for the day. They communicated every morning what they were working on and left the home extremely clean each day. Post insulation, they explained and showed us how to utilize and maintain the units. They did a thorough job, have excellent work ethic, and are great people, Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for a furnace cleaning about 3 weeks in advance and less than an hour before the appointment, I received a text saying he wasn’t going to make it. No reason given. No mention of possible rescheduling times - nada. Only when I messaged him with my concern about this late cancellation, did he mention he had a customer without heat that he had to take care of. Certainly understandable if true, but very odd when canceling at the last minute to fail to offer any explanation or provide an alternate date/time to reschedule. Not handled In a professional manner at all.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue fast, and fixed it efficiently. The pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees. Highly recommend this company for any heating needs; they are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers' comfort! A true lifesaver during the cold snap.
