The crew regularly does a good job servicing my lawn and handling spring and fall clean up. They are very responsive over email. We had them do a small hardscaping project to extend our driveway and were pleased with the results.

Pretty simple reason for the one star. Contacted Indresano and clearly outlined I was looking for one time mulch spreading, shrub trimming. A sizable job mulching about 100 yards total of garden beds. Shrubs made up another 80 yards at 15ft tall.

After the rep came out to quote me on it and wasted my time walking through all this I got a text two days later that they will only work for me if I agree to full services. If that is the business model that is fine but it is not on the website, not told to customers when they call back, and not taught to their new reps either apparently. Nothing against the rep who was very polite walking through all this. Clearly just bad management and communication.

If you need one time services I would suggest looking elsewhere. They don't want your business.

We were doing an addition in Newton and realized we didn't have a hardscape team that could handle our project. Indresano was 100% the right choice. Peter was responsive, excellent at explaining what was to come, on time, hard working, gave great advice and guidance on design and product when needed, VERY solutions oriented and relieved me of some of the burdens by calling my vendors (thank you!) and has also integrated the broader landscape hardscape team to include other providers such as irrigation. From now on Indresano will take care of our property on a monthly basis. A no brainer!!!

I called Indresano Landscape Corp to come look at a reoccuring disease that took over my lawn. Pete was extremely professional and knowledgable and assured me they would fix the problem. What worried me was that I spoke to several other landscapers and they all had their theories of what caused the disease and how to mitigate it, but nothing worked. Anyway, Pete and his crew showed up days later and went to work composting the lawn. Literally, within weeks the lawn started to drastically improve and within approximately a month or so I had a brand new lawn. I have always kept a well maintained lawn but Pete's composting method really put it over the top and gave it that polo green color I have always strived for. I can't say enough about Pete and the entire Indresano Corp crew!
