What Attleboro customers say about local pros

Two technicians arrived to do a routine maintenance/inspection of my heating system. They found several issues with the system, including some they felt were critical. The prices they quoted for repair or replacement seemed extremely high. My neighbors paid considerably less (half!) for a full heat/AC replacement from a very reputable company.

Since my door installation project was postponed twice due to an ordering error and damaged materials, and since the cold weather in December prohibited the installation (I initiated the product mid-September), I instructed the Home Depot staff who contacted me about the postponements to hold the ordered materials until the weather was more confusing to having a door removed in my home. I instructed that I would not tolerate any issues regarding lost, damaged, or missing materials, and would be in touch regarding scheduling the installation, probably sometime in the spring. I found the experience from the start of this encounter with Home Depot frustrating, unprofessional, and condescending. I truly regret doing business with your company, and especially regret paying in advance for this project. As I previously stated, I will not tolerate any more delays or other issues in regard to this project, and adamantly expect the installation to be completed without any problem. Respectfully, Janet Amaral
