    I have two picture windows in my home. Five years ago I had one of them replaced, but at the time I couldn’t afford both. Just had them come the other day for an estimate… same size window. It was three times more expensive, and told me they could no longer do just one window. It has to be multiple. Don’t waste your time or money. Look elsewhere. One of the top rated builders in the area saved me $700! Yes, I saved seven hundred dollars on 1 window and they didn’t try to upsell me.

    I am satisfied with the job except for 2 items. One interior door won’t close with the new carpeting installed. I am unable to fit mats at my two breezeway doors so I can’t wipe my feet coming in from outside.

    Installation was a breeze and wonderful. Delivery was a headache. I requested a specific day. They tried to deliver two days early when I was working. Couldn’t get them to change it until they were right outside my place. Then, on the day it was SCHEDULED to be delivered, they don’t even show up. Didn’t even get delivered until two days later, on a day I was supposed to be working. SCHEDULED delivery should not be a five-day crisis. It should be scheduled.
