Unbelievably unprofessional - the project they worked on was over a year delayed. The project manager quit in the middle of the chimney project and I had to take it over myself and fight with RESCON to be refunded the project management fee. Then for a window replacement project, they ordered the wrong window TWICE. Do not work with this company!!
Rescon recently did work for us after our Master shower leaked into our garage. We found them through our homeowners insurance company and we couldn’t be any happier with them. From the customer service to the finished results. We worked with James and Dan. They were both friendly and efficient. They listened to what we wanted and brought it to life. We now have a beautiful bathroom. We highly recommend Rescon.
If I could give 0 stars I would. After being told after making a deposit and then being 3-4 weeks out before being able to get to me, I was fine. But then a complete lack of communication for almost 2 months. I tried calling Wayne 4-5x a week with no answer. Texted him with no response until my adjuster contacted them. Was just a disaster. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.
By far the worst experience with a contractor ever. My home is permanently damaged from them. The job started late, was quoted as a 15 day job, and was not completed for 96 days. Things that they were paid to do on the scope of work were not done. There were multiple items the company attempted to claim they were never paid to do, but were listed on the scope of work. The quality of the work that they did do was done was poorly. On one of the walls, the drywall was stopped an inch from the ceiling. To get them to fix it I had to explain to the "senior project manager" why walls needed to go all the way to the ceiling because he didn't see why he couldn't just put crown molding over the gap. (See pictures) The cement floor was skim coated but not leveled before the vinyl flooring went down, but that was only after the first project manager claimed they were never paid to level the floor. We attempted to fire the company, but because they used all of the alloted money for the project there was no money to refund to go to another contractor so our only option was to let the company back in to "fix" what they had done wrong. We ended up letting them back to "fix" what they could just to make the room liveable and get them out of our house. This company is dishonest and a nightmare to have in your home.
