Called at 720am on a Friday morning when a tree came done and took out a pole that pulled all electrical lines from our house. They were here by 830am and we had power back by noon!

Outrageous ! I will be contacting the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Replaced a plug that took him 10 minutes and charged me 200 dollars. He first said 235.00 dollars but said an even 200 is ok. Never told me about the two hour minimum. Not even mentioned on his website (I have screen shots). Maybe I should have kept him here regardless for two hours looking at every plug, climbing the attic etc just to get my two hours worth. I feel taken advantage by this company.
