We called L&N Carpet because of the glowing reviews and five star rating. My experience with this company was far from five star service. The main office was pleasant, however, the technician was terrible in terms of customer service on-site. I scheduled a cleaning with the office, it was confirmed, the next day I received a call from the technician complaining about how the office is disorganized and does not pay attention to his schedule. I thought, Okay, this is a red flag, but with 5 star reviews, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I asked for his availability, he said he could arrive that same day, I said great. The tech called me and told me he'll be 10 minutes late. He arrived, looked at the carpet and said it has stains, so it will need a deep cleaning for higher cost. We agreed. When he was done, the stains were still there and he said, "Oh, the stains don't come out." Okay, so clearly there was no point to the added deep clean if the stains "don't come out." He should have explained a deep clean does not guarantee stain removal so we could make an informed decision for a deep clean. Again, a communication issue. The main problem...he was extremely unprofessional with his communication, appearance, and most importantly demeanor. He treated us like we were a burden. No one explained to us that we needed to pay the technician on-site via Venmo, which is fine, but the company should have explained the payment process to us because the on-site payment request, coming from this person, seemed illegitimate to us. We called the company to confirm this was the protocol, and they said yes. Again, communication about this would have been helpful prior to dealing with the technician. We gave this company a poor review because I expected to work with someone who was professional, on time, and didn't openly complain about his own company. Also, when we asked him to remind us about the name of the company, he said he didn't know, he works for like 20 companies. So, he's subcontracted out, again fine, but the serious lack of professionalism was surprising. Not sure how we got stuck with this kind of experience compared to everyone else. Very disappointing. We feel we did not get the service we expected considering the carpet looks the same, with the stains, for which we paid extra to remove per the tech's suggestion. As long as this technician is servicing this company, you may be subject to this lack of customer service as well.

L & N Carpets Care Belmont is the most professional service I have experienced based on carpet cleaning. Service man was exceptionally careful and thorough highly recommend if any carpet cleaning is needed.

Magnificent assistance! L and N Floor coverings Care gave an intensive cleaning of my rugs, and they look fabulous. Just justification for not giving 5 stars is that they showed up a piece late.
