Unfortunately we received terrible service from this company and must write this review to warn others that they are completely unreliable. We book an appointment to have the carpets done in our rental apartment - we drove from Cape to meet them and last minute they sent a message saying the were going to be late - like 5-8 hours late. I called the office several times and no one had the courtesy to call me back. Very bad customer service, I would avoid this company.
