This is a total scam. Called about having a couch cleaned and assured of 8-10am arrival. Never showed. Called to check in and the person who answered said they have no technicians available, asked if they could reschedule next week and was told "no, we don't have any technicians". They will just come to your house, upcharge you when they get there, and use home depot rented equipment. This all became clear after I talked with an actual local cleaner who explained this is how they scam people. Thought about it and realized the person I talked to was in a call center. Look at their address....it's the Star Market parking lot....
