Cicoria took down three good size trees that were tucked tightly between my house, my neighbors' house and our electrical wires. I was super impressed at how carefully they plucked out the trees with a crane and broke them down in the street. It is a pleasure to watch people who are good at what they do. The price wasn't too bad considering the amount of work. It was tied for lowest out of the three big companies I got quotes from. They were pros. They were also quick, polite and they cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys did a great job removing 4 very large trees with difficult access. Cleanup was perfect nothing left but the stumps.

Very happy with the work performed. Had a tree hit my deck and they removed it, plus two other trees that were damaged from the fall. Would recommend.

People were pleasant but communication was a little slow and confusing. The actual work was quick and efficient. We opted out of a police detail but they had one anyway and then charged us for it. The stump grinding charge was more than the original quote Kind of a bait and switch.

When Mark came to check out the oak trees, he mentioned that it was an accident waiting to happen and have to thank Peabody Conservation Agent DelNegro for immediately giving us permission to take them down. It definitely averted a nightmare especially seeing they could have fallen over our pool area.

A huge thank you to Cicoria's crew for their professionalism, cautiousness and making sure the compromised oaks were taken down safely and would recommend them at any time.

Cicoria's crane tree removal service is quick and efficient. Was a good choice for finally removing some fairly big Norway maples that had started to shed branches.

Cicoria Tree Service took down a very large dead elm tree in our backyard. The crew was excellent---very professional and friendly. They had to use a crane to lift pieces of the tree over our house. The entire operation took only about 2 hours. Clean up was very thorough afterwards. We would like to especially thank Skip and Juan for their exceptional work and obvious expertise in removing large trees from small tight spaces. Great service overall!

The crew of three showed up on time. They methodically removed the trees and debris. They left the yard cleaner then when before they arrived. Crew was professional and personable. I have used Cicoria over the past 35 years since I built my home and will continue to do so.

We unfortunately had to remove a giant elm tree located less than 10 feet from behind our house because it died. Cicoria tree was able to crane it over the house in pieces in a single morning. They worked very efficiently and professionally, and left the property exactly as they had come (minus one large elm). They even cut out a piece of the trunk for us to turn into a table. Overall, I’m just very pleased with the experience.

This is my second excellent experience with Cicoria. They removed two enormous pines as well as a large fallen section of one pine tree. They also removed a black walnut destroyed by the pine falling, a large and small tree by the street, the top half of a neighbor’s oak that fell towards my yard, and they removed some dead limbs from a giant sugar maple. I contacted three tree services for estimates. One said the job was too big (and suggested Cicoria), another was about 10% less but only had a bucket truck, and
Cicoria, who has a crane, bucket trucks, and large and experienced crews. I went with Cicoria based on their prior work and superior equipment. Their planned arrival was 7:30-8am, but they arrived 15 minutes early. The foreman first walked the yard to formulate a divide and conquer game plan, then they all went to work. I had doubts they could complete the job in one day, but with five trucks, a crane, a ditch witch, and 5-6 workers, they were done by 11:30am! Very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

They removed a tree with a HUGE crane and you wouldn't even know they had been in the neighborhood. They left the sidewalks and roadway cleaner than when they arrived.

We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and excellent work done by the Team at Cicoria. Mark, the Owner, had come to our home to look at the huge Ash tree that needed removal and was prompt in getting back to me with details for removal and pricing. It was an area which required a Crane but not an easy area to get into. They laid down material on our lawn as to not destroy it, when the equipment had to access the site. It was all done perfectly ! We highly recommend Cicoria Tree and Crane Service . They cleaned up completely after the tree removal as well. Great experience with Bartlett tree, we have an heirloom apple tree in our front yard from the early 40s and it appeared to be on its last legs but so much a part of our yard. Kyle came and evaluated the tree, suggested a hard prune and shaping and a series of spray treatments, the tree looks young again. Everyone I worked with, Dottie in the office, Kyle and the team in my yard were amazing. Not a rosebush or peony were damaged in the trimming and my yard was left immaculately clean.
