Jack and his crew did a fantastic job removing our incredibly tall and dangerous Willow tree. They were skillful and professional. The tree came down without damaging any of our plants or structures.

I can not believe the arrogance of this company.

I needed a single (dead) tree taken down. Called them for an estimate. They insisted on sending their 'arborist', they told me the earliest I could get an appointment was two weeks out (to get a price). When I said the tree would be gone by then he miraculously found availability the next day.
This twenty-something kid, Jack, shows up at my house, looks at the tree and says "that should probably come down, we can help you with that" (of course it should come down its dead, that's why I called you...). His next brilliant question was "are you taking bids on this?" ....Well duh, yes that is the way business works. At that point he told me to call another tree service company. When I asked him "why, don't you take down trees", he told me not if I was getting bids from other companies, and then he drove off. ????

So save yourself precious time and aggravation and skip this company over. They really don't want your business and definitely do not want to build a customer relationship.

Pruning of 5 trees including a large copper beach. Crew arrived on time and crew leader walked me through the whole process. Did all work with pruning saws (not chain saws) for nice clean cuts. Part of the work was over my neighbors yard and they were able to do the work without setting foot on his property. After the work was completed the crew leader showed me what they had done and asked if I needed more. This company's focus is on saving trees, not cutting them down, which I why I used them. They have a full-time arborist that inspects the trees and maps out the work. Because we are having construction done that might affect the roots of some of the trees the arborist paid special attention to those trees and scheduled feeding and fertilizing before construction starts and later in the fall. Very easy company to work with and Dorothy in the office is very responsive and willing to help.

Bartlett Tree did an amazing job at our property. The price was reasonable and the crew was extremely professional. I highly recommend them!

Hired Bartlett to clear branches. I made it clear that my objective included creating light in the back yard and cleaning up the look of a large limb. They failed to do this and were dismissive when I called the next day. I have worked with several other local companies such as Iron Tree and was happy with their work. Only hired Bartlett as my neighbors had worked with them historically and the tree in question is on their property. I will NEVER work with them again and would encourage others to take their business elsewhere. I have thousands of dollars worth of near-future tree work, so their loss. I only give 2 stars as the young men doing the work were friendly and courteous.

Bartlett Tree Experts are who you want for your tree projects. I have many mature trees on my property and my goal is to keep as many of them happy for as long as possible. Kyle came out and recommended a plan that kept the experience of our yard the same but improved the health of our trees and we have lots of good firewood as a bonus now. They will be my first call for any other tree needs we have!

Ryan and his crew did a great job in a timely and very cost effective manner! From the initial introduction and estimate, to the final details of clean up and lastly making sure they had completed the project as expected!

I had a bad experience with another tree service company about a year ago so I am able to make a comparison. Kelley Tree Service has been nothing less than great. Not only was the crew hard working but they cleaned up before they left. In addition, they followed up to be certain I was satisfied.

Great crew worked very well together. Would hire them again if needed.

Can't say enough about Ryan and his crew over at Kelley. They came out to assess an emergency situation for us (dangling branch over our garage) and took care of it despite the late hour before it could cause damage to our property. They even took care to put down boards to protect our lawn from their equipment. We had them back out for pruning and they did a great job there too, at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Excellent service at a responsible price! Far exceeded our expectations. They were on time, extremely professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after. They removed 5 spruce trees, each with a 24" trunk and ground the stumps below ground level. All in one day. They are definitely our go-to company if we ever need to have any more trees removed.

My neighbor used kelley tree service last week and while they were pulling the limbs of a downed tree up to the truck they dragged them across my property taking out my mailbox.. They did leave a note saying they will pay for the damage. i called them and they sent a check for the mailbox replacement..the problem is my mailbox is trashed and cannot be used!! i now have to install it myself AGAIN which wasnt easy since we have alot of rocks here at rock pond. Kelley tree service told me they would send there guys to install it but they dont know when that will be? so am i just supposed to not get mail for 2 weeks!!
i will be Re-Installing it myself with much resentment toward there company.. Its not just what a company does for you but its how they treat your neighbors and there property. They also claim to be veteran owned well i am a US Marine and they could care less. if i could leave a -5 for a review i would..TRASH.

After reading the owners response i was surprised to see he lied about the response from them...his secretary told me" they didnt know when they would make it back out" it was never stated they would come this next week so again we are left with a check and no mailbox installation. i did prop the mailbox up after they left in a home depot bucket but it kept falling over and we did miss 2 days of mail delivery. i have since done what Kelley Tree Service couldnt and installed my Mailbox.

Recently a severe microburst tore through our town causing widespread damage and power outages. We had an ~60 ft tall oak come down across our driveway. Due to spotty cell connectivity following the storm, I left Kelley Tree Service a nearly inaudible voicemail. Nevertheless, they made the extra effort to get in touch with me, remotely assessed the situation, confirmed all communications and did the job at 6a the next morning (a Saturday). They did fantastic clean-up and the responsiveness could not have been better. Consider me an extremely satisfied customer.

Kelley Tree Service provides exceptional customer service . Ryan came to the house and gave a written estimate within minutes of reviewing the job .
Kayla in the office was excellent too !
On the day of the tree work Ryan and his crew were punctual , friendly , and very professional . They are highly trained and masters at their trade !

Kelley Tree was excellent to deal with. They were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and very well priced compared to other tree services. I had a challenging tree removal that required conservation approval. Ryan and Kayla helped me through the process and even offered to drop the paperwork off at city hall for me. I will happily recommend them and use them in the future.

We have trees both front yard and back that required serious attention. We chose Kelley, because their crew seemed a bit more knowledgeable than the other services we interviewed. Plus, they immediately identified a disease and prescribed treatment on one of the flowering cherry trees (that then seemed to resolve itself just fine). Although a couple of the trees didn’t look so great right after they were cut back, 2 seasons later they all look better than ever (and without all the random growth). Kelley did a great job for us – so yes, I'd recommend them.

Great and responsive service for tree trimming over electrical lines/close to house and property lines. Got 3 quotes for service and Kelly Tree Service beat the others by over 20%. Scheduling the service was easy with Kayla in their office and they were great about rescheduling service twice due to total rainouts on the day of. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

Very happy with experience. Everything about my service was handled in a professional and competent manner. Scheduling was smooth for both estimate and completion of work. All interactions were terrific. Work was actually completed several days earlier than target date. Excellent communication. Best part - follow-up contact right after job was completed to make sure all went well. Can't think of a single thing team could have done better.
