Although we considered that it was a very hot day when the two men came to prune the trees, but the result was a tree that was looking worse than before and the fruit tree was not pruned like we wanted it to be. Not happy.

Excellent tree company. Kelley gave a fair estimate for trimming of a large silver maple. I made a small change to the job and the office staff was really helpful. They use an online tool which is efficient. The tree team showed up on time, were professional and easy to work with. The " climbers" do precision work. The yard was tidy when they left. I highly recommend Kelley Tree and would use them again.

We had Kelley Tree out for a quote to remove trees in our backyard that were interfering with the sun we needed to grow grass. Ryan assessed which trees needed to go and any others that looked like they should come down for safety. The team arrived on time and were incredibly friendly. I appreciated how they treated our yard and also were respectful of our neighbors when they were driving by. The trees were down quickly and logs were picked up in a timely manner the following day. We are very happy with the work they did and the sunshine our yard is now getting!

We used Kelly Tree Service for the removal of a large maple tree as well as shrub removal, some tree pruning, and a stump grinding. It was so refreshing to work with a company that was so professional and responsive. They were great to work with every step of the way, from our initial contact, to getting a staff member to the property, to preparing the estimate and then scheduling and carrying out the job. The online forms are a bonus and really helped with quick and easy communication. The staff was prompt, got right to work and did a great job. They also cleaned up nicely, leaving no mess behind. We had a dead pine tree with a crack I was concerned was going to give way in the next big storm, potentially falling on my neighbor’s home. We called Kelley Tree and explained the urgency and they came out quickly to give the estimate and then took it down soon there after! Quick and easy!!

The Kelly crew had to remove an 80 foot pine tree from a small crowded area behind my house. Despite my fear, they cut and lifted that tree over my house without any problems. And their cleanup was better than than I had expected. I highly recommend the Kelley Tree Service

I do not write many reviews, but this is one that I needed to share. We recently purchased a home that had several old and damaged trees on the property. While searching for a tree removal company, we came upon Kelly Tree Service, as well as a few others that had great reviews. After meeting with four companies to discuss our tree removal project, we learned that one could not handle the work (large complex job). The remaining 3 provided us with written estimates. After some discussion with my wife, Ryan at Kelly Tree was the one we ended up going with based on his knowledge and experience with handling complex projects, as well as a reasonable price estimate.

In addition to removing many old and compromised trees they also performed needed trimming on the healthy trees. Once the trees were removed they ground and removed the stumps. The staff was very professional and worked non-stop for 3 days. When the work was finished, they cleaned up and removed all the debris from the yard.

Great job done by Kelley Tree. They had three trees down and removed in very short order. As expected there was some debris left in the yard/driveway, but overall they did a good job of clearing up after the removal. I would enthusiastically use Kelley Tree again should the need arise.

Estimate: Fast, easy and best around.
Other: Great communication - Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and clearly enjoys his job and takes a lot of pride in the work/results.

What ended up happening - during the job - he recommended two other pines come down. We were in the house discussing whether we should have had him take those also, when he texted us and asked what we would prefer. Of course we did - with all the equipment and everyone already here, totally made sense. One of the trees, though healthy, had extensive ant damage to it's inner trunk so it's great that he was willing to stay longer to take those down.

Magnolia came out beautifully.

Despite the fact that we live on a dead end, narrow street, when they were finished with the job (we're talking ALOT of tree trunks,) the cleanup was terrific - great teamwork to get that done.

Furthermore, what stood out to both my husband and I was the team's safety culture. Excellent communication between members, quality gear and safety precautions, especially with so many crane lifts through complicated foliage. They were so impressive, other neighbors asked for quotes while he was here - and he made time to give them.
