We had Kelley Tree Service remove one tree and prune another - service was excellent and my son LOVED watching the crane truck do it's work! They were polite, efficient, a pleasure to work with and exhibited the utmost regard to safety. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company that does top-quality work.

Kelley Tree did a great job removing 2 trees and trimming 2 or 3 others in my back yard. Ryan was knowledgeable and informative at the initial visit and Ryan and his crew were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

As a property manager here in the Boston area, I've had the opportunity to work with Kelley Tree Service on multiple occasions. They are consistent with their work and always pay close attention to detail. Ryan, the owner, is onsite and spends time with me at every job site to ensure job satisfaction. Kelly (the scheduling manager in the office) is super helpful and has answered every question I've thrown her way. Even the tree removal crew is respectful, kind, and cooperative. The business operates as a team, and will get done whatever you need in a timely manner.

We were more than happy with the work done by Kelley Tree Service. They removed a large tree, limbed up some trees desperately in need of a trim and removed some old stumps, all for a price significantly lower than the next nearest estimate we got. And, at the end of the process, there was not a twig left. They thoroughly cleaned the job site. They were fast, professional, communicated clearly and did the work as promised. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Such a great experience from start to finish. I contacted the office who got back to me right away to say someone would call me to come by to give me a quote. They came and cut down exactly what we discussed. Everyone was super nice, they cleaned everything up and did an awesome job. Will definitely call them again.

In conjunction with my neighbor we just had a giant Linden tree removed and a row of 14 over grown, diseased hemlocks removed I was very pleased with the the job the Kelly Tree Service team did! Ryan was great to deal with. The experience was so good I'm having them back to plant new trees to replace the ones removed. Ryan and his team were the ultimate professionals. We had them out to our home in Middleton twice. They took down over 12 trees including very large ones. The crew was on time and efficient and we could not have been happier with the results. If you need tree work done in the Northshore I would highly recommend Kelley Tree Service.

So we bought a house in Methuen and while I grew up here, I had lost contact with all the people in the trades in this area.

Another contractor said to try Kelley Tree Service, I called them and they said that they did not work in this area, but to hold on. They went out of there way to fit us into the schedule and took down 8 trees, that covered the entire front of the house.

They brought trucks, trailers and a cool brush mover and went from one edge of the house to the other by 1pm. Cleaned up after themselves, and left it like they had not been there.

I would recommend them to anyone and are probably going to have them back to do the back of the house this fall.

This company ruined one of our area rugs. The young man seemed clueless about cleaning as he kept talking to his manager on the phone about what to do. He left huge brown stains on the carpet, where previously there were none. I have contacted the company twice through their telephone service and the manager has not called me. Therefore I have stopped my payment. Clearly I would not recommend using them.

Jace was the best, he understood what I needed and he even moved my furniture and cleaned behind I am so glad with my results! My building smell so good and look good too! Awesome job Jace. pleasant as well! I am telling all of my good good girlfriends to request him to because he's a very efficient guy!

Due to my own fault, they were able to reschedule me. Cole did a superb work on my carpets! He was able to get up some pesky pet stains. My carpets look brand new! recommended!
