I am so happy with the service from Kevin's Carpet Cleaning Service! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my carpets. Charles was very professional, friendly, and clearly knows a lot about getting carpets spotless. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. My carpets looked brand new and dried really fast, so I didn’t have to wait around at all. The cleaning was done efficiently and on time. I’m definitely going to tell all my friends and family about this business. It’s great knowing I’m supporting a small, local, family-owned company too. I noticed big improvements after Charles finished the job!

Brought a few rugs here at the recommendation of a friend and couldn’t have been more disappointed. When I initially went to pick them up, one of the rugs had been misplaced (had to go back once they located it) and the others were still damp to the touch. Once I got them home, they honestly didn’t look cleaned at all.

I ended up buying a $100 Bissell from Amazon and tried cleaning them myself. I was shocked by how much dirt still came out of the rug. After paying $240 for professional cleaning, I expected much better results.

When I raised my concerns with the owner, I was offered “a break next time.” Unfortunately, there won’t be a next time. Overall, very disappointing experience and can't recommend.

Photos are the rugs that were cleaned and returned to me. The black/brownish water is what I extracted out with a Bissell.

They were very accommodating, pleasant to do business with and reasonable. I was very please with their services! They were able to fit me in last minute which I truly appreciated. Derek was great to deal with! The carpet looks brand new! Thanks Dave and team!!!!
