Rude on the phone. Kept me waiting 5 minutes, didn't want to answer any questions, treated me like I wasn't worth his time because I'm not an expert at carpet cleaning. These guys might be the best ever but they won't get my business.

He was efficient and answered all my questions. Came to get my rug the next day after my call. My rug came out excellent even the stains all came out. Reasonable cost too.

We highly recommend!! Michael was very friendly and professional. He was very honest and asked us what we expected and we told him. Well, he exceeded by far what he thought he could do. It’s looks like a new rug. He did our bedroom, living room, dining room and stairs up to our bedroom. He was here about 2 hours. Glad we decided to get Dave’s for this job!!! Thank you guys!!!

We have been using Dave's for many years both for in-home and drop off service. They are professional, respectful and always do a tremendous job. We highly recommend them. They cleaned a couch that I feared was too far gone from the dog but it came out amazing!

I called today and they were able to fit me in! I believe Jeremy took the call and he was super nice and accommodating. Mike came to clean the living-room rug and do the stairs. My god did he work a miracle. He was so so nice and worked his butt off. The cost was so reasonable and will be using them on a regular for sure!!
