Eh, not impressed. They were nice, but definitely do not feel I got what I paid for. Had some upholstery cleaned and it was not cheap - would have been worth it the results were not so mediocre. Some spots were missed or not given the attention they needed. Paid extra for the deodorizer and honestly feel like it did not do anything. Worst part is that the furniture wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Pretty disappointed, will use someone else next time.

I have been bringing my area rugs to them for years. They do an excellent job and take care with my rugs every time. They are also honest about what they can and can't get out of the rug. I spilled olive oil on a kitchen runner and they told me they would do their best but didn't think it would come out. In the end they weren't able to help but they threw it away for me as a courtesy as they are very kind and customer service oriented. Their prices are great given the service they provide.

Dave exceeded our expectations in every way. He could not be nicer! I highly recommend him!!

I was charged $350 for 3 stairs of steps which took less than a hour. Last year it was $245 so definitely a large price increase from last year. Very Overpriced for mediocre results. I’ll recommend using a different company!

Steve and his crew are fantastic. I though I would need to do a lot of picking up to prepare for them to clean the carpet; they arrived early and I did not have to do anything. They are professional and friendly and guarantee their work.

We got a very fast response, including quick and correct insurance certificate. No mean feat, because we are in the Cummings Center/Elliott Landing Condominiums. We have unbelievably difficult requirements.

Matt and Nick, who did the work, were very friendly and professional. If I still owned a business, I would have offered them a job in my store or in my service company. Exactly the kind of people you want representing a business.

Steve and his crew were amazing. Our dog vomited on an expensive area rug and we didn’t find it till after it dried and left a huge stain. I tried to clean it myself and made it worse. Advanced Cleaning Concepts saved the day - and the rug. It took a few visits, but the stain is gone and the price was beyond fair. Highly recommend!

Steve runs a wonderful business! He made my couch (which my dog had ruined) look and smell brand new! He also gave me some great advice about stuffing the cushions. I will recommend ACC to everyone and definitely use them again! :)

We had a wonderful experience! Steve and Steve took such care cleaning our couches and carpets! Their communication and responsiveness were terrific! They put guards on all the furniture sitting on the wet carpets! Everything looks brand new again! They arrived exactly on time and finished the job expeditiously! We are so impressed with this great company! Totally recommend!

First time using ACC and had a great experience. Steve was very personable and friendly! We have two golden retrievers and as dog owners, it's great to have a company like ACC to call. Steve left me with a bottle of cleaning solution and furniture protectors too. Highly recommend, price is reasonable too!

This service is incredible. An whole team comes in and they do everything. When I say everything I mean, blinds, windows light fixtures you name it. I will be using them 1X month plus all women owned is fantastic.
