My wife and I hired Dave to completely finish our basement which included a family/Rec room, home gym and full bathroom.

Throughout the process Dave was extremely responsive to any questions we had and would keep up updated on everything going on and what our next steps would be.

Dave listened to what we had in mind for the project and executed it exactly how we wanted it.

I would highly recommend David Monteiro Contracting. I have worked with other people in the past and it was torture. David basically rebuilt my house. He and every one of his subcontractors came in and did quality work. They were all a pleasure to work with. I can not say enough nice things about David and the people he chooses to work with.

Dave and his talented crew, Dave and Ryan as well as his plumbing, electrical tile contractors, are great to work with. Hired them for a kitchen, master bathroom remodel and a new deck. They are professional, highly skilled with years of experience. Our remodel was done in the middle of Covid so there were delays with windows and tiles and appliances etc. that could not be helped. Dave and his crew didn’t skip a beat they just kept going and worked around the hurdles. A perfectionist and professional Dave made sure I was happy with everything, no detail was too small. After 18 years in our house we needed a few improvements. Dave and his team helped us accomplish just that and what a wonderful job they did. Dave's team helped us remove old carpets and put in new hard wood floors, fix and repair ceiling damage from ice dams and leaks, renovate our master bathroom, redesign and expand our laundry room, add an island to our kitchen, refresh the walls with new paint and last but not least, replace a worn out roof.

Every member of Dave's team did incredible work, reliable, easy to talk to, and very professional. This is our second project Dave has helped us on and we would work with everyone of his team again.
