Constraction reviews in Bolton, Massachusetts

I have been doing work with Isaac for many years and when it was time for us to do a major addition, we called on his firm. Isaac and his team were a pleasure to work with; always cleaned up, thoughtful around my young sons, honest and hard working. I recommended him to my neighbor and they also had a great job done by Isaac.

I have been doing design work for Isaac and Custom Concepts, LLC for the last 3 years and he is great to work with! His attention to detail for building custom homes, renovations, additions shows with each project he has completed. I would highly recommend using his contractor services.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT WORKING WITH ISAAC LOWE, THE OWNER OF CUSTOM CONCEPTS LLC.
HE AS WELL AS THE CREW THAT WORKED WITH US HAD GREAT SUGGESTIONS AND INPUT FOR OUR HUGE KITCHEN REMODEL..
IT WAS MORE LIKE A 3 ROOM REMODEL.
THEY EVEN CREATED AN ANTIQUE LOOKING BEAM BY BUYING AN OLD BARN BEAM, SKINNING IT AND APPLYING IT ONTO THE HEADER THEY HAD CREATED WHERE A WALL WAS REMOVED. THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE BEAMS IN OUR 100 PLUS YEAR OLD HOUSE.
IT WAS REALLY A HUGE JOB .THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND THE SUBS WERE WELL PLANNED TO COORDINATE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION CREW. EXCELLENT WORK FROM HIS SUBS AS WELL.
I LOOKED FORWARD TO GREETING THE CREWS EVERY MORNING.
I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM.
HE WAS ALWAYS HERE IF ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES AROSE AND HE WAS THE SAME KIND OF FAIR AND HONEST BUSINESS MAN AS MY HUSBAND WAS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM OR TO HIRE HIM AGAIN.
THAT IS THE HIGHEST COMPLEMENT I COULD EVER BESTOW .
I WISH ISAAC AND HIS COMPANY ONLY THE BEST IN THE FUTURE. I WILL TRY TO ADD PICTURES IN AN ADDITIONAL POST.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Isaac and his team at custom concepts did a fantastic job helping my wife and I in a complete reinvention of our house. It was massive project to repair and refresh an old 1960s home. At first, it felt a lot daunting but working with Isaac did put our minds at peace. He was very patient with us, good sense of style and design, had a reliable and honest team, transparent on the costs and provided us with multiple well-balanced and thoughtful solutions across our project. The project plan was well defined, competitively priced, his team was always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, punctual and completed the project on time. I will always use Custom Concepts in all my future projects, and highly recommend them as a reliable construction company to address any future needs. You will not go wrong!

We LOVED working with Isaac and his team, the contractors, the plumber, the electrician. They are all hardworking, they arrive early they clean up after themselves they are friendly and helpful and are always in a good mood. Isaac has great design ideas. We will continue to work with them until all of the projects in our house are done.

Issac helped us to build our truly custom dream home from what was a bare lot with a hole in the ground. He was a pleasure to deal with through all the complications that arise during the process and his ability to remain calm throughout put us at ease. He is always available to communicate with and has helped to answer questions subsequent to completion of the project. Most of the subcontractors were of a high quality and his suggestions along the way were helpful. I would recommend working with Isaac and Custom Concepts and will be contacting him in the future for any additional project needs.

I highly recommend Isaac Low and his team. We have done countless revovation projects in our home over the past 23 years. This was the best experience we have had. Everyone was highly qualified and very nice. The timing of the project went as expected. The communication between Isaac and us was excellent. The end result is highly satisfactory.
If we ever want to do another project, I would want to use them again.

Isaac and his team were professional, clean and friendly. The in-law apartment they added on to our house for my parents is beautiful and well-built. Everyone comments on how it fits so nicely on the existing house and they especially love the front porch. We appreciated the ease of communication as well as the timeliness with which they responded to whatever was needed. I would use Custom Concepts again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys, from my parents and from us!

Custom Concepts is a great contractor. They price everything right, all the sub contractors are professional, friendly, and the best at their trade. The crew of Custom Concepts are also the most skilled, professional and friendly. We couldn’t have found anyone better to entrust with our most valuable possession.

From signed contract to completion took WAY longer than I expected (thank you covid and supply chain issues), but my addition of an oversized attached garage, with mudroom that necessitated a redo of my family room and an unanticipated addition of a new porch has been finished. And man was it worth the wait.
This is the second project I've done with Custom Concepts, and I would go back to them in a heartbeat for a third.
Every Custom Concepts employee and subcontractor used by Isaac are all class acts and I would recommend any of them as well.
I recently said to Isaac, I now have the house I didn't know I wanted and it is way better than i ever envisioned.
