Constraction reviews in Bolton, Massachusetts

David and his crew came and transformed a farmer's porch to a bedroom in a 2-week timeframe. The project came out perfect and looks like it was always there. I have used him in the past and highly recommend his company.

David recently repaired a lot of rotted trim on the exterior of my house. He and his worker were fast, professional, and friendly. The work was high quality and the price was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

David and his team renovated my kitchen and I am beyond pleased with his work. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. Everyone that sees the kitchen loves it and I would recommend David Montiero to anyone needing a contractor.

Do not hire David Monteiro Contracting. Unless you are looking for someone who cares about doing great work, someone who is upfront and proactive in communicating issues and someone who is super responsive. It is impossible to find all of these qualities in a contractor who is also easy to work with in taking your ideas or when needed sharing with you when and why it might not work. I appreciate the work Dave and his team have done so much we have him coming back in the fall for an even bigger project.

Dave and his team did a fantastic job on our multi-phase addition and renovation project. We demo’d the second floor of our Cape style home, built a new full second story making it a more of a Colonial and then renovated the first floor. Also a new HVAC system and foam insulation. Put home not only looks great, but is also energy efficient!

Dave turned our unfinished basement into our dream basement. He worked with us to incorporate our desires and needs and delivered some custom solution. Once he started the work his communication was great and he was very responsive. I would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Dave and his team were meticulous and professional. They completed a full gut and remodel of our master bathroom, paying close attention to detail. They were always on time, kept the work area spotless, and promptly answered all calls and texts. The finished product is beautiful and functional! The quality of their workmanship is top-notch. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

We’ve used Dave and his team at David Monteiro Contracting for several different home renovation projects. Bulkhead replacement, custom coffee bar, and most recently a full bath remodel. We are very happy with each project. Their work is exceptional. Professional, reasonably priced, on time, and great to work with. I recommend Dave and his team for your next project.

Highly recommend Dave and his crew! Dave really took his time in our first visit, coming up with a plan that would be cost and time efficient as we renovated our kitchen/laundry/bath. He was patient with us in our planning. When we were ready, his crew came out and within 4 days, the framing was complete! Windows and siding shortly after.

An absolute pleasure to work with!
We recently had our basement finished by David Monteiro Contracting and the results have completely exceeded our expectations. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of craftsmanship were unmatched. Dave is a perfectionist in every way and expects the same of his team.
Communication was outstanding. Dave kept us informed throughout the process. He answered all of our questions promptly and offered creative suggestions that made the space even better than we imagined. Dave’s team was punctual, respectful of our home, and maintained a clean and organized worksite every day.
The finished basement is truly beautiful and will now be our main living space. Every detail, from the trim to the lighting was done with precision and care. We can tell all of Dave’s team take great pride in their work, and it absolutely shows.
We’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend David Monteiro Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable, talented contractor. They transformed what was once an empty concrete and cinderblock space into a warm, inviting area that we’ll enjoy for years to come.
Thank you, Dave for making our dream basement a reality!

I cannot say enough good things about Dave! He just finished remodeling my kitchen, and I’m absolutely in love with it!! From day one, he was friendly, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and surprisingly stress-free— he showed up when he said he would, kept things neat, and paid attention to every little detail. And the final result is exactly what I've been dreaming of!
I’m so grateful for Dave's hard work and care. If you’re thinking about a remodel, I can’t recommend him enough!!

excellent work and responsive

Isaac blends friendly with professional perfectly.
He is reliable and his work is beautiful. Ask him about some local construction he has done. You can do a drive by and see for yourself. Impressive is the word that fits.

Custom Concepts did a complete kitchen renovation for us, and delivered on time and on budget. Isaac Low was great to work with, and his team of subs all did very good work. Would definitely hire again.

Isaac was always very professional and responsive. He hired workers who were respectful, timely and always cleaned up so that we could live in our home during our renovation. His detailed quote and follow up was the best of all the contractors I dealt with. He helped me make my dream kitchen a reality!

Great. From beginning to end Isaac Low did an outstanding job. This was not an ordinary bathroom renovation. We had to move a load bearing wall and the location of the toilet and sinks. Isaac had helpful ideas in the process. His crew is always on time, polite and clean. We did run into an issue with a tile sub contractor whose work was not perfect - Isaac made him rip out all the work and start from scratch. Took an extra 2 days but it was worth it - most general contractors are not willing to do that. guests constantly compliment us on the bathroom and say feels like that they are in a high end hotel with all the fine wood working and marble floor and counters.

I would absolutely use Isaac again in the future. He isn’t the cheapest you will find but prices are competitive . the quality and experience are excellent.

Isaac and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel! They are professional, nice, easy to reach, didn't make a mess and care about their customers. We wanted a more open/brighter kitchen in our colonial home. We absolutely love the work they did. People walk into our kitchen now and immediately say oh this is so nice with smiles on their faces😎 Our kitchen is truly a happy place in our house. Thank you Isaac and crew!!!

Isaac and his crew were great to work with. Our bed/bath project had to meet certain needs, and we appreciated the way he worked through the planning stage to get it right. The project was (mostly) on schedule and on budget. The workers were polite and tidied up at the end of the day, and from the rough work to the finish everything was done with real professionalism. Highly recommended.

I've used Custom Concepts for a number of large jobs from bathroom remodeling to recently building a new garage. Isaac and his crew were always professional and easy to work with. The entire process went smooth. The quality of work was exceptional and timely. They kept a clean job site and were very considerate when working in our home. You could tell this group had experience based on recommendations they provided us that made the finish product look even better than we envisioned. I would highly recommend them and feel comfortable knowing we have found a reliable construction company to address any future needs.

Custom Concepts rebuilt a deck on the back of our home. Every step along the way, Isaac (the owner) delivered on time, and on budget. Since our deck is a multi level deck on a slope, the build was not as straightforward; Isaac and his team managed the building project very well, clearly communicating along the way. I would work with Isaac and his team again in a heartbeat.

I've used Custom Concepts for a number of projects, and they have always been great. The build teams are great to work with. As with any construction project, especially bigger ones, things will go wrong. What makes Isaac and team stand out is that they stand behind the work.
