Constraction reviews in Boston, Massachusetts

Great experience working with Citywide on a 12,500 square foot commercial renovation. Super complicated recording studio build with 15 HVAC zones, 30 independently poured concrete slabs, acoustical doors, isolated power systems, and beyond. Very collaborative, down to earth, "let's find a solution" kind of folx. Just the kind of partner you want when you know you'll have to work through unexpected challenges together. Planning our next job with them now!

We hired CWC for a remodel of newly-acquired B office space in Boston’s Downtown Crossing. They met or beat every deadline, chased and obtained all necessary permits (no small feat in Boston), lined up talented and hard-working subcontractors, and delivered a beautiful office space on time and on budget. They were easy to work with for the inevitable field adjustments that need to be made during construction with an high level of communication and practical advice, and they were always prompt, professional and displayed pride in their work. Highly highly recommend.

He is a very tough man to deal with

Thank you very much!

Fantastic attention to detail — and I’m hard to please! MCS team repaired and painted my decks quickly and expertly. I highly recommend them!

Jermaine and his crew are absolutely fantastic! We originally contracted with them to replace our existing living room flooring and replace an old, metal spiral staircase with wood ones that have a closet built out underneath. They did such a great job we ended up having them replace more flooring in the house, update our exterior doors, some interior doors and a few windows, update lighting in several rooms and install Ring security cameras in the front and back of our house. Along the way, Jermaine fixed random broken things in my house and improved our back patio with new lights, plants and a power wash...all without my asking! They had professional cleaners come out after the job was complete to deep clean the entire house. Malcolm Contracting is incredibly reliable, professional and treated my home (and pets) as their own. We will definitely use them for any contracting needs in the future.

We've had Jermaine and his crew tackle multiple projects for us, and each time they've been professional, speedy, and done high-quality work that looks great and functions well. We didn't have much home improvement experience, and Jermaine helped educate us about what should be fixed and why. We highly recommend Malcolm Contracting to anyone.

Jermaine did a renovation for me recently and my experience was phenomenal. Not only that but the final product was literally perfect. They re-did our bathroom and kitchen and my experience was great! The owner Jermaine, actually came onsite scoped everything out, got the quote over to me within a day and completed the project on time. (within scope of the original quote) Overall, great experience, I highly recommend them!

Jermaine and his crew have done two large deck building projects for us and I highly recommend them! They work fast and do very high quality work. Will definitely hire them again for our next house project!
