I had reservations about the trim work around the newly installed shower and toilet. Was concerned about how it would blend in with our existing tiles and flooring. Well, the guys nailed it! A beautiful professional job that really looks great.
They ran tarps from the front door all the way to the upstairs bathroom and left everything immaculate. We have had almost every room done over in the 35 years we have lived in this house. This was the finest work done to date. Thank you!

Capital replaced a very large wall of siding for us - not technically difficult, but just a lot of work. The job they did was very good, the communication was good, and the timeline of the project was correct. They were not the cheapest option, but were very professional. They cleaned up and protected the work site, including coming back a couple of weeks afterwards to pick up a palette they'd left behind. One star off, since their dumpster driver took out a piece of our gate. They repaired it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Would recommend and use again.

We are very happy with the finished product. We had a new roof installed and 4 skylights replaced, and everything looks great! The roofers were efficient, professional, and courteous. Some interior work had to be done as well to frame the skylights, and everyone who came into our home was pleasant, easy to work with, and highly skilled.

Over all my experience with Capital Construction was great. The work they did was great, and helped restored our home back to normal after a tree had done a lot of siding & roof damage. I did have an issue with communication in the beginning (and it was during the holiday season too), but once the work was scheduled repairs moved quickly. My wife and I had one issue with some repairs, and they came back promptly to address our concerns.

We recently had Capital Construction replace the siding and gutters on our house. Overall we were very pleased with the entire process. Everyone from the sales team to the construction crew were very professional, courteous, and on-time. They were also very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. We noticed a minor issue with our gutter the first time it rained after installation and Capital sent someone over that afternoon to check it out and fix the issue. I'll definitely consider them again for our next big project.

Cam and Mike were excellent at breaking down the specifics of the scope of our intended project. They were very informative and had plenty of good advice without being pushy. I feel confident that we will have a good experience with the residing and repair work of our house.

The team at Capital Construction did a great job replacing railings on 2 porches as well as a dormer's worth of new shingle work. They were very communicative, kept me updated on progress, and did quality work. Most importantly to me, I had an issue I wanted them to come back and take a look at, they heard my feedback, promptly returned and we got everything taken care of right away. It was a great experience.

I was very pleased with Capital Construction from the first phone conversation to the person who arrived (on time ) and looked at area where I needed some roofing.
The crew that arrived was excellent and did an excellent job from start to finish. Cleaned up everything!
I would just suggest that in the future Capital Construction might have some sample roof shingles
That the customer can pick out for color and maybe durability.
I would use this company again.

The Capital Construction people were great to work with, from the salespeople to the project managers and the siding crew. The workers worked hard, long days with a quick break for lunch. They were good about tidying up at the end of the day. The customer service very responsive. I am very happy with the way the house looks now!

New Siding on house has improved the value of my home. There were delays due to materials not being available, which was true countrywide. But once begun, the work ethic was amazing to see. Our large home was finished quickly. At review, one minor issue was noted which was taken care of within a couple days. I love it. We got 3 estimates before choosing this company and are happy we did so.

This is the second time I've used capital. The first was to redo my roof and they were great. This time I needed the house painted. The team that came to do the work was always on time and worked very quickly at the same time doing a great job! They were very friendly and courteous. They also completely cleaned up each evening to the point you'd never know they were there each day! Can't recommend any higher - simply a great job and great people!

The salesman was polite, respectful, and his presentation was very thorough. This company has its stuff together.

We had an excellent experience with Capital Construction. They completed a siding/decking project for us, on time and in budget.
They are extremely professional and the work was meticulous. Very pleased with the outcome. They won't be the cheapest bid you get, but we found that the quality was well worth the expense.

This entire experience was great from the initial appointment with Alisha Ritchie-Phayre. Signed the documents for work to begin. Advised work would begin in approximately 8-10 weeks but was surprised when I got a call that work could begin early. The technicians came on time and was very happy that everything was done in ONE day. The technicians were great, very clean and friendly. Very happy with my new walk-in shower, best investment.

Speaking for the four owners of condos in this house I'm glad to say that we are happy with our new roof. It was done efficiently. The crew was willing to come for an extra day rather than settling for a rush job. The cleanup was thorough. When I had a couple of small concerns after they left, my concerns were dealt with cheerfully and, again, thoroughly.

The work was done fast and the quality is top notch. There was a misunderstanding about how the job should have been done but it was taken care of immediately the next day. Overall a great experience with Capital Construction. We selected Capital over two other contractors to replace our siding with James Hardie. Capital took the time to understand all of our needs and worked with us on a plan to fit our budget. The process from start to finish was well organized and during the entire project we had a contact available to bring up any concerns. The Capital team did a fantastic job on the siding and we are very happy with the finished product.

After getting a number of quotes some higher , some lower, we decided on Capital Construction mostly due to their reputation as an excellent , professional contracting company. They came and installed all new James Hardie siding on our home along with a brand new roof . It came out exceptional, I still brag at how great it looks!! The whole team, from Jude, the Operations Manager (who gave me my estimate), Karla in the office and the crews themselves were professional and kept me up to date on the entire process. It took minimal time, which was amazing!! I will be recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their home!

We met with a sales agent on Friday, 8/4/23, to discuss remodeling our bathtub/shower combo into a walk-in shower because of our age-related mobility issues. The agent was very personable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We signed a contract before she left our home and gave her a $5,000 check for down payment.

However, after thinking about the high cost of this project, we decided to cancel. On Monday, 8/6/23, we emailed the agent that we were canceling. This was within the 3 weekday legal grace period allowed to cancel by Federal law. The sales rep confirmed the cancellation by phone call that same day. Our issue is that here it is 8/21/23 and we still haven’t received a refund of our $5,000 down payment. Oh BTW, they cashed the check days after I cancelled.

After many times trying to speak with a live person about our issue, we did speak with a person in their finance department who confirmed that their system shows the cancellation and the down payment. He said “we cut checks on Fridays and don’t jump every time someone needs a refund check.” I was taken aback by this snide response. After re-read the contract it states that they are obligated to return any money or property given to them by the customer within 20 calendar days. We’ll see.

Contracted for work for roofing gutters and downspouts. Roofing was done to our satisfaction. Gutters on garage were fine. The project was finishing up in the winter. The project manager and my husband discussed the downspouts were not as planned. PM stated he would be back in the spring which never happened. I called all the different staff who we had dealt with throughout this project most never returned my calls. I called the main office have spoken to numerous people. At this pointI would be happy to just be happy to just be reimbursed the money for the gutter and downspout on the shed that was never done although paid for.
