Capital did an outstanding job roofing my house. Roof was 20 years old and had buckled in a couple places. Needed to replace 2 plywood sheets. Material used top quality. Proj mgmt (Danny H) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend.

On February 5th, Mike Bettencourt was the only one to show up out of four other companies that canceled because of snow and he showed up exactly on time. He walked around the house and took pictures. He met with my parents and I and was very professional with showing us the entire process of replacing the roof. He answered all our questions and went over all the materials and costs. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable so we decided to go with CCC. Communication with them was excellent. I received a call and emails from Louise, Diane and Project Manager Matt keeping me informed about the project. Even the founder Dave emailed me welcoming us. One week later the materials were dropped off and the dumpster came the next day. Today, Friday the 14th, two vans and a crew of 9 men showed up at 7:00 and started working at 7:30. They worked all day and Matt said he had 20 sheets of plywood at the job and only had 4 or 5 sheets left so our roof was pretty bad. This wonderful crew worked efficiently and professionally all day long. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris from the many tarps they had thrown down to catch everything. Even ran a nail magnet around the yard. Matt met me towards the end of the job and walked around answering my questions. The crew left at 4:30 after completing the job. We are very happy to get this done before rain season and Capital Construction Contractors were excellent from beginning to end.

Not a great experience. Paid well over market price for very shoddy work. The teams that came in were inconsistent. Some were good, some were bad. Had to have them come back multiple times to repeat the work.

We had our front door replaced. Every step of the process was very professional from the sales team to the installers. The quality of the door is excellent and we are very pleased with it. We definitely recommend Capital Construction.

Exceptionally scammy and felt like I was being sold a time share. Was told 60-90 minute consultation. Consultant showed up right on time and immediately came in and explained the process which was fine and actually very informative. However, after about 20 minutes could see exactly what was happening. Got a thorough walkthrough of the house and siding options were clearly explained. It’s also required to sit through a detailed presentation about the 20 year history of the company including pictures and videos along with data which is incredibly unnecessary. We have a three year old who was getting antsy and every time I left the presentation for a moment the consultant stopped talking and acted extremely annoyed that our attention was elsewhere and would not continue with just one of us present. After over 90 minutes we let him know it needed to wrap up because we had to pick our other child up from school and again he was annoyed and asked if just one could go. Then, we were presented with the quote which was three times a previous quote (we said it was our first quote to avoid any bias). Again, we stressed that we needed to leave. He then needed to call his supervisor to let him know he was done and there was the typical sales tactic of the boss offering us a lower price because of how great the house would look. Unfortunately I had to ask him to leave and things were done. We will not be pursuing anything with this company in the future.

I had an excellent experience at this place. The men I dealt with, Dan and Cully, were extremely knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know that was going to happen to my roof. They helped me choose which roof I wanted. They told me all about the different materials and how they were going to affect my house and everything was extremely professional. We easily had a very good relationship very quickly and they also had to deal with their headquarters, which went very well. I got a very good price for my roof and I enjoyed the entire presentation. I would definitely deal with this company again

Matt McCabe was amazing , he took a ton of time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision, the siding job went flawlessly and we didn’t run into any issues. Great company!

Siematic Kitchens is a kitchen and interior design showroom, with multiple kitchen setups that appeal to your culinary needs as well as aesthetic desires. I visited the showroom to use one of the showrooms for a test kitchen event and by the end of it, I was picking out appliances and cabinets for my dream kitchen.

Great Customer service and extremely professional stuff. We are very happy we used SieMatic services for our needs. Special thanks to Oleg Tsoi, the brilliant designer who worked with very challenging space in our Harvard Square Condo. Extremely happy with SieMatic kitchen and Boston Office service overall. We worked with Oleg Tsoi this past year redesigning and installing our Siematic kitchen in our Boston condominium. Everything about our experience was exceptional from our initial discussions with Oleg through the design process, ordering and installation. Oleg has a phenomenal design sense as well as a complete knowledge of the Siematic product and after visiting our space came up with the perfect plan for our modern loft. Ordering, delivery and installation were seamless and Oleg was involved at all times ensuring that things with our project went smoothly.

We have been living with our gorgeous kitchen for 6 months now and could not be happier with the design, quality and attention to detail. The final product exceeded our expectations and we would do it again with Siematic and Oleg in an instant.

My wife and I had our home on Cape Cod fully reconfigured and remodeled in 2025. We had SieMatic design their SLX product line into our kitchen and dining areas. We could not be more pleased and ecstatic.

The product: I have been well-familiar with the brand and products of SieMatic (as well as several other German manufacturers) for more than 30 years. However, I was not aware of the superiority of the design and manufacture of the components, as well as the quality of the materials used, in comparison to SieMatic’s competitors. I urge prospective customers to go and examine SieMatic’s materials, as well as their competitors’. (As a reference, I have spent a career internationally in low- and high-tech industrial manufacturing.)

The people: We had the fortune and pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Michael Tcherniavski of SieMatic Boston. As an experienced designer, he listened to us and heard us. He studied the spaces of our home thoughtfully. He did not provide cookie-cutter solutions to design (as a previously-employed competitor had). He understood, and made sure we understood, both the limitations of our space and the opportunities. He created exactly what we had envisioned … and more, that we couldn’t haven’t envisioned without him. As a project manager, he established a timeline and did not deviate one iota. He coordinated and corralled other parties ( a. the independent installers of the SieMatic product who were absolutely excellent; b. the supposed “premier” GC of Cape Cod we employed who proved to be difficult and lacking; c. appliance providers) with skill and finesse. Both Michael and the independent installers of the SieMatic product knew the components and process inside and out. Installed SieMatic product was damaged by our GC and Michael responded with immediate solutions without a blink.

We also had the pleasure of meeting a few times with Mr. Hans Henkes – President & CEO, SieMatic Möbelwerke USA. When my wife and I decided to abandon a competitor’s lazy design, a mutual contact connected Hans and me. Hans put me in touch with Michael, who executed at all levels. Hans remained informed on our project from beginning to end.

I had a whole house electrical upgrade and bathroom renovation done at my home. I would highly recommend working with Ty. TB Homes just completed a home remodeling project for me which included demo of walls and ceilings, framing, insulation, sheetrock and plaster, plus finish carpentry, painting and electrical work. Ty and his team are very easy to work with, professional and hard working. They showed up every day on time and stayed daily throughout the project until its' completion. They communicate well and were responsive to any unexpected items that arose along the way. I'm very happy with the finished product and would absolutely hire them again!

TB Homes Inc. performed a kitchen renovation project for us that stayed on budget and turned out beautifully! The employees working in our home were on-time and professional. They had amazing carpentry skills and we really liked how the tiling turned out. We loved working with them and cannot recommend enough.

Ty as a project manager is patient and a great listener. He takes the time to communicate with you through the process and explain the pieces step by step. He is very responsive and communicative through the whole project.

We recently purchased an old condo with the expectation of renovating it before moving in. We worked with TB Homes Inc. and our experience has been excellent throughout. Due to issues associated with our closing, we had to complete the job faster than we originally expected, and the more aggressive deadline was met with no problem. Ty was in constant communication throughout to keep us informed of the progress and let us know any time he needed or input. For instance, the stain we had chosen ended up not looking great on our floor. Ty called us as soon as he got aware of it and proposed a few alternatives. We benefited from his guidance to make a decision, and we are very happy with the result. Overall, a really high-quality output in a short period of time by a great company!

TB Homes is the most efficient and professional home renovation company I've worked with. My kitchen floors were cracked and needed to be replaced along with some updates to my wash room. Everything from demo to completion took a week. A rarity in this Boston market where contractors often start and start on projects, leaving customers in the lurch for weeks, if not months. Craftmanship was not compromised either! Everything was done with care and pride, and I love looking at my new ceramic floors! Another plus is the constant communication from the owner in regards to project progress which is helpful. I would definitely recommend TB Homes for all your renovation needs!
