Ty helped us remodel our kitchen and bathroom and we could not have been happier with the result and the process. Ty was amazing. He managed everything. All we had to do was make decisions. Ty has a great eye which was a fantastic help when we were trying to settle on design details. I would HIGHLY recommend Ty and his team at TB Homes.

Ty and his team treated our house like they'd treat their own. Of course, we're happy with how the work turned out, but we also really enjoyed working with them as people. Will call them any time we need work done.

I am so happy about the work that I had done with TB homes! Ty and his guys were amazing, professional, speedy, and extremely thorough! My bathroom barely resembles its former self, and for that I am so grateful! I felt very supported in guided throughout the entire process. When I felt I didn't know what I was doing, Ty was right there helping me make a decision. When I felt strongly about a design choice, Ty, Noel, Jorge, Ariel, and Jose made sure it was executed perfectly and completely matched my vision. Ty and his associates designed and built a new half-bathroom in the finished basement area of our condo. From our very first phone call, he and his crew provided professional guidance, suggestions and experience that enabled me to move along the entire process with confidence and trust, even while I was still living out-of-town for much of the work. I am especially grateful for his attention to detail, ongoing progress reports, patience with helping me make choices and great sense of humor! The project came in on budget and on time. I would recommend him for any home remodeling work and plan to use his services again in the future.

We recently had new floors installed in the kitchen and a hallway of our condominium unit by Ty and his crew, and we could not be happier with their work! First of all Ty did a wonderful job at walking us through the different floor options to help us figure out what would work best in our space, and he and his team gave us a very clear and realistic timeline and budget for our project.
His crew did an amazing job setting up to make sure the work space was neat and didn’t interfere with other spaces in our home. His team installed our new floors while my husband and I were out of the country, and normally you’d think you want to be around to see the work getting done and not be away worrying about what is going on back home. Well they did such a good job at communicating with us (when it was absolutely needed) and giving us updates, that my husband and I were able to completely disconnect with the comfort of knowing that when we got back home the job would be done and it would be done well. In conclusion, if you are doing a project around your home and you need a contractor that is responsible, responsive, intuitive, pays attention to details, is a great communicator and has impeccable taste, Ty is the person you want leading your project!

I've worked with Ty on a couple of projects both small (painting, installing a range hood) and large (garage renovation). He's extremely responsive and easy to work with, and his subcontractors do great work. There have been a couple minor issues that required follow up weeks or even months after the projects finished and he's been great about those fixes. I would definitely recommend him and will work with him on future projects.

Did not show up the day he was scheduled and didn’t answer texts or phone calls that day. He finally returned my text and we rescheduled and it’s the same thing again. No show and incommunicado. I wasted a week waiting around for him.

Rob was very prompt in responding to our request for a consultation. We has a number of repairs/reinforcements that we wanted to proactively address. Rob explained what he would do, how much it would cost, and gave us a timeframe for completion. When it looked like things might get pushed out a day, he contacted us immediately to ensure that would still be acceptable. As a bonus, he even took away some unusable construction materials from a previous project, at no additional charge. I have had problems with two Mavericks in my community one is located on 3900 South 500 West S.L.C. Utah clerk took my husband's phone went thru his wallet.
3500 South S.L.C. Utah Preston charged me over five dollars for 3 refills said he couldn't void it and recharge it! I told him they were refills he was Rude. I'm not going back two these locations!
