Do NOT use this company. They are not reputable and charged $360 to turn on a breaker. The initial problem wasn’t fixed and horrendous customer service. Use any other company but AVOID this as I don’t believe they are in Charlestown either. Scam arrests

Mike was extremely professional and his work is flawless. He hung two TVs for us - his rates are very fair, he was quick and precise. Highly recommended and would definitely use him again!

First day moving into my new condo, reached out to Mike with a pretty vague idea of mounting two TVs and two sound bars. He got back to me immediately and was at my place two days later. He did amazing work mounting a 75" and 60" plus two sound bars. Fast and super clean. He worked around a bunch of boxes I hadn't unpacked yet and left without anything left behind except two great looking setups. Totally fair pricing for the quality of work. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

What I thought would be a simple TV mounting and electrical wiring job turned out to be much more complex that I thought. Mike explained to me what would be involved and came in right on point for time and budget estimated. He was very prompt and easy to work with.Definitely recommend Mike for home electric services and I plan to use him for future projects!

Mike at Petraglia Services does great work. He's been out to my house several times. He helped design a solution to mount a 62" sharp television in our living room with limited wall space and it looks great - sleek and clean. No wires showing for the tv, Xbox, etc. He has also installed recessed lighting in our kitchen and replaced the recessed lights outside. We are very happy with the work. He gave a great estimate and showed up on time, was professional and polite. I would call Mike again for any of our home projects.

I contacted Petraglia Services to mount 2 TVs in my home. He was awesome to deal with. Two days after we called, he showed up with all materials and kept my house extremely clean. I couldn't be happier with the pricing, and the quality of the work was awesome. Would recommend them to everybody.

We live in 100 Pier 4, down the Seaport. We were moving into a new unit and were in desperate need for a contractor that could help us with pretty much everything. Reached out to our leasing agent, and he gave us Petraglia Services number. Mike was great from the initial walkthrough, to the final day he and his team were here. They installed 3 TVs for us, put together a ton of furniture, hung numerous pieces of artwork and most importantly painted our entire unit. These guys knew their stuff, everything was protected and cleaned immaculately when the day was through. Their workspace was neat and we barely knew anybody was there. I would highly recommend this company. We know we have found our new go to guy! Thank you Mike and your team.

Michael and his team were prompt, professional, and friendly. He responded to my initial inquiry very quickly, and showed up for the install exactly when they said they would. I had them install our TV and Sonos system, and they did an impeccable job. Even when I got finicky about wanting to adjust the exact placement of everything, they were patient and understanding and took the extra time to redo it and make sure they got the setup perfectly to my liking. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a tv/audio install.

Mike was wonderful! We have a ceramic material above our fireplace that is hard to drill on but he did the job without any concerns! He also helped us choose the best mount for our TV! Highly recommend his service!!!

This company has a pattern of "ghosting" of its customers. With the high volume of positive reviews, I made the mistake of not looking at the 1-star reviews until it happened to me:

I was looking to have an outlet installed behind my wall-mounted television to avoid visible wires, and I needed to have it done during one of my rare days off. When I called Petraglia and spoke with Mike, he gave me a reasonable pricing estimate and said that he should have availability on the day in question, later the same week. He told me to text him my information to proceed with scheduling. Several days went by, and Mike was minimally responsive, sending occasional short, noncommittal texts but never confirming a date and time. When I straight-out said that it was okay if he was not available but I would want to look elsewhere for service, he finally responded that the date would work but again failed to respond with a time or time range when asked. After several days of this frustrating and unprofessional scheduling process, Mike proposed a 1-hour time range which I promptly agreed to, and then I never heard from him again. I spent my day off waiting around and Petraglia services never showed up. They never called or sent any messages for cancellation, nor did they respond to any of my messages or phone calls. Before posting this review, I even sent Mike a message asking if there had been some sort of misunderstanding. Still nothing.

My day came and went, and not only did Petraglia fail to do the job they agreed to do, but they completely wasted my time and essentially prevented me from booking someone more reliable for the same time period. If you value your time, please look elsewhere for service. If you decide to try Petraglia but find that they are not committing to an appointment time in a prompt manner, please do not show them the patience and courtesy I did -- it is a clear sign that you should look elsewhere. Petraglia is not a reliable or professional company.

Mike did an incredible job. We called him to remove an electric baseboard heater, and install some new outlets in our mudroom. We're building our own built in mudroom storage bench, and he helped get us started by offering to remove the existing molding with the proper tools, saving me from hacking it up myself and making a mess. Would definitely call again, and recommend.

I recently had a 65in TV professionally mounted by Mike on 10/9 at a high rise in Boston. He was incredibly responsive over phone and easy to schedule a time with. He did a fantastic job mounting my TV and answering any questions I had during the process. I tend to over-research when it comes to finding services like this. Save your time and just book with Mike!

I recently connected with Mike to help me install (2) new Sony televisions and a new Sonos sound bar. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional with sharing all the new details about tv technology and various mounting brackets in the market place. He was very careful and detailed with how he installed the units and was precise with all measurements and heights. He schedules his jobs and sticks to the plan! If you want the best, he is truly the #1 company to contact.

Enjoyed working with this company! My roommate and I found him on google and was shown to be the best out there. He was super easy to get ahold of to set a time up to mount our TV. He was also on time (early actually) and completed the job quickly and efficiently with a very positive attitude! Came with everything needed to mount the TV (including the mount that is included within the price). I don’t normally write reviews but Petraglia Services deserve it! Would highly recommend working with them over anyone else and will work with them again in a heartbeat!

Mike was an incredible help. I called him late in the evening on a Thursday and he confirmed an appointment first thing Friday morning. Mike fixed a mess of bad wiring and turned it into perfection in a flash, carried on a great conversation while doing his work too. He was professional, courteous and his work and finished product exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend

I contacted Mike to hang a chandelier and two other flush mount fixtures in my condo, after another electrician canceled last minute on me. From the first call Mike was responsive and down to earth. Obviously, I was concerned about having another appointment canceled but Mike was true to his word and came exactly when he said he would and did a fabulous job. I found him to be very reasonably priced and just basically a nice guy. I explained to Mike what my concerns were with potential ceiling/visual repairs needed so that everything looked perfect when the old lights were removed and smaller new ones installed, and he could not have done any better!! He ran out in the middle of hanging my chandelier to grab paint needed to fix the ceiling! I would absolutely recommend Mike to a friend. The chandelier and both flush mounts he installed look amazing. I am happy to say I have a guy now- I plan to have him back to mount my living room TV as well.

Petraglia TV Mounting Services is the best company I've worked with on my recent move, bar none. Michael initially shocked me by answering my request for a quote within five minutes of me emailing him, and that good impression was a sign of great service to come. Scheduling was quick, easy, and flexible. The actual day of the job was likewise very fast and professional, and the pricing can't be beat. Michael himself is extremely friendly and conscientious. I'm going to use Petraglia for every related project from here on out!
