Mike and his dad were great— friendly, fast, and professional. So glad I went with these guys instead of Best Buy or trying to mount to metal studs myself. Really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.

I just recently moved to Winthrop. I went to Best Buy and purchased a 70” screen television plus service to install the new TV and 2 others. We set a date for delivery and service and Best Buy never showed. They never gave a reason. I tried for days to get answers and they seemed not to care. So I cancelled my $1600.00 order and again they didn’t care.

A friend of mine gave me Petraglia Services phone number and Mike Petraglia was literally at my house within 15 minutes of hanging up with him. He wanted to see what the job would entail.

I purchased a TV at a local business and Mike actually picked it up for me.

He came to my house installed the new TV and 2 others. And as a bonus he hung a mirror for me. Which was a surprise to my wife.

They were very professional and cleaned as they went.

All the wires are hidden and there are no holes to be seen

I recommend Petraglia Services to anyone.

Don’t go to Best Buy worst service EVER!!!!

We were really happy we chose Mike and his group at Petraglia TV Mounting Services. He was very responsive to our inquiry. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly right after our move. Mike came over and was through the job in no time. We would definitely recommend their services.

I don't write many reviews but when someones work is this professional I want to let it be known. I called Mike and told him I needed my TV hung ASAP (this was on a Wednesday) he said he booked all week but would be willing to come out on a Sunday so it would get done on time. He showed up fully prepared in a professional work truck and was completely organized from tools to set up. Mike put wall and floor protectors down, went over the whole game plan and make sure I was happy with the hight of the TV. The clean work and end product was more than I could ask for! I WILL ONLY be calling him for all my electronic services.

Mike’s awesome and does really great work. He’s responsive, detail oriented, personable, and honest. Our new TV is perfectly flush against a wall above the fireplace, and he did some handy work to hide the cords for that floating look. He did the walkthrough and install in the same day. Would highly recommend and definitely use again - great value for the money. Thanks Mike!

Mike was a true professional with installing our 55 inch Samsung Frame TV. He quickly responded to my request within 12 hours and then scheduled to come the next day for TV install. The TV is perfectly hung and he completed in a timely manner. Also, his pricing is super fair!!! Definitely reach out for his services!

Super Service from Mike. The stars aligned for him to come right away, fairly priced and very knowledgable. I spoke with other "professionals" who were intimidated by the stacked stone and ambiguity of the stud locations, but Mike knew how to handle it, was very understanding about all my specs for the look I wanted. It looks great!

Thank you so much Mike! We needed the installation of sound system and TVs for our business with a quick turn around. Mike was very flexible and helpful making sure it was done right, fitting the space and atmosphere. He even got sure that the TVS were working, even though that was beyond the scope. I’ll definitely would call him back for future projects.

I had an amazing experience: I told Mike everything I wanted. He did a FaceTime call to get an idea about the place. He sent me a quote. We agreed on a date/time. He came right on time. He brought everything he needed including his own vacuum cleaner. He left the place super clean. I highly recommend him. Check out the pictures for the details.

TL;DR: extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Trust the negative reviews. Do not hire.

I hired Mike to remove an old mount and install a Mantelmount MM700. He was quick to call me, send me an estimate and it made me believe he knew the mount. We scheduled the install and he showed up alone. During the install:

- he installed the new mount upside down on the wall. He had to remove it and remount, leaving two extra holes on the wall that he tried to hide with the wall cover clips that come with the mount
- he installed an optional swivel kit without asking, so the TV now swivels only in one direction
- removing the old mount created a hole that was patched up poorly
- the TV was not mounted level
- the handle of the mount was not secured
- I had to purchase a separate adapter for the soundbar. He said he'd come back to finish the job when the adapter would come in.

Unfortunately, I did not realize the problems with the install before I sent him a payment. I then reached out to ask to patch the extra holes he created on the wall because of the mount flip and to remove the optional swivel plate he installed without asking. I asked if he could do it when he was supposed to come back to finish to install the soundbar. He agreed.

The adapter for the soundbar came in and I sent him texts to schedule the install. Like other reviews pointed out, this is when the ghosting started. So I was left with a botched wall patch up, holes on the wall because an incompetent install, a TV that can swivel only in one direction and a soundbar adapter to install. I sent a chargeback for part of the payment on Venmo because of these issues and lack of response on his end. As quick as he was to ghost, he was also quick to call right after the chargeback. He lied about responding to my messages and threatened to beat me up.

Do not work with this guy if you expect someone competent and reliable.

Petraglia Services is top notch. The company is owned by Mike whom I got to meet along with his dad when they came to my house to mount two television units.

They did an excellent job and ensured that both TVs were properly mounted, aligned, and placed at the ideal height. I appreciated the clean-up effort after the job as well.

Mike's very personable, professional, easy-going... and honest. He actually quoted me $100 more and reduced his price when he realized the job was less complicated than originally communicated.

I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend him and his team.

If you need an honest electrician look no further. Mike came to the rescue when we found a chewed through wire during a construction project renovating our mansards.

From first call to wire fixed he was out here in an hour. Thanks to him, construction was able to continue on schedule. Cannot recommend him enough. Nice guy, unbeatable prices, and all around quality example of an honest tradesman.

He’s my go to now for any electric project, especially when I redo my home theatre. Thank you Mike!
