Electrical reviews in Boston, Massachusetts

Sean and Kevin were fantastic to work with. We had 10 recessed lights installed and the finished product came out amazing. Sean is very responsive and the price was very reasonable. The job was completed in one day! Highly recommend Craddock Electric.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend David Delaney he was a pleasure to work with

I have had the pleasure of working with DMH Electric for both a full electrical overhaul during a gut renovation as well as various small tasks. The quality of work is exceptional as is the quality of their workforce. You know you have the right vendor when you would not call anyone else and making the call is stress free.

Been working with DMH for the past 3 years now. They are very helpful and knowledgeable during both the design and construction phase. Able to easily communicate with homeowners, making my life as a gc easier. Highly recommend to anyone in need of commercial or residential electrical work.

Work at new restaurant in Copley Square, including installation of new security cameras and fixing some issues with the existing system. Did what was necessary, worked early morning and after close. Adapted to changing scope of work. Easy to work with. Would recommend for your job.

Hired Ilias Bintas / IBE Boston in January 2026 for a major electrical project — panel rewiring, breaker replacements, fire alarm installation, EV chargers, basement lights, and a permit/inspection. Paid $18,600 across multiple invoices. As of April 2026, the project remains unfinished. Three fire alarms still need to be installed, basement panel work appears incomplete, and there is still construction debris in my basement that was never cleaned up. No permit has been pulled and no inspection has been scheduled. Communication throughout has been extremely poor. Weeks of no responses to calls and texts, repeated promises to show up that never materialized, and no written schedule ever provided despite multiple requests. I previously left a one-star review and removed it because I felt bad and wanted to give him another chance. I regret that decision. My son believes he is a good person and not someone trying to steal money, and I hope that's true, but the reality is that months later the work is not done and I would not recommend hiring this electrician. I regret ever contracting IBE Boston for this project.

Elias was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had the privilege of hiring him twice, one for a breaker, and installation of a security camera system. He communicated openly and explained everything. He was respectful, extremely helpful, and maintained a clean work site.

The service was very fast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Mr.Bintas is hands down the best Electrician I ever have come across in Boston. I have seen indoor and outdoor electrical installations of his; in various personal and business properties, on several locations. All of his customers that I know personally, business owners and property managers, have become repeating customers. He has more than 15 years industry experience, is officially licensed, fully insured; dependable, and a serious professional. He also has a degree from Wentworth University on the subject.
10/10 recommended!
