Electrical reviews in Boston, Massachusetts

I contacted Mike to hang a chandelier and two other flush mount fixtures in my condo, after another electrician canceled last minute on me. From the first call Mike was responsive and down to earth. Obviously, I was concerned about having another appointment canceled but Mike was true to his word and came exactly when he said he would and did a fabulous job. I found him to be very reasonably priced and just basically a nice guy. I explained to Mike what my concerns were with potential ceiling/visual repairs needed so that everything looked perfect when the old lights were removed and smaller new ones installed, and he could not have done any better!! He ran out in the middle of hanging my chandelier to grab paint needed to fix the ceiling! I would absolutely recommend Mike to a friend. The chandelier and both flush mounts he installed look amazing. I am happy to say I have a guy now- I plan to have him back to mount my living room TV as well.

Petraglia TV Mounting Services is the best company I've worked with on my recent move, bar none. Michael initially shocked me by answering my request for a quote within five minutes of me emailing him, and that good impression was a sign of great service to come. Scheduling was quick, easy, and flexible. The actual day of the job was likewise very fast and professional, and the pricing can't be beat. Michael himself is extremely friendly and conscientious. I'm going to use Petraglia for every related project from here on out!

Mike did a Fantastic job. We had two tv’s and a sound bar installed. Could not be happier on how everything turned out. The whole process from when I first contacted Petraglia TV to the end was as smooth as can be. Would highly recommend!!

Mike is awesome! He did a great job mounting my TV above the fireplace and an additional tv in my bedroom. He concealed the wires behind the wall perfectly, and patched and painted for me in the same trip. Only took him about 3 hours to do the job, and a great price!

75" Sony TV & Soundbar, fireplace, and ambient lighting installation! These guys hit it out the park!! Excellent service and professionalism. Mike and his father were great! I will definitely re-hire them for future installations.

I had a fantastic experience with Mike. He called me within 5 minutes of submitting a quote on his website. We had an appointment scheduled immediately and he even altered his day to fit my crazy schedule. Mike was extremely professional, super friendly, did a great job hanging my tv and cleaned everything up after. I will definitely contact Mike again in the future.

Mike was great to work with. Responsive and scheduled the exact time I requested. Mounted our tv quick and just the way we wanted. He advised on height due to distance of couch to tv as well. Thanks Mike!

I emailed Mike and heard back within 24 hours. He was able to get me on their schedule a day after that (which was amazing!). They showed up on time and fully prepared. The work was done efficiently and the quality was top-notch. They cleaned up, patched up some of the holes I made, and even painted!! Can't beat that. I am THRILLED with the end product and the price paid. Not only that, but Mike and his dad are just really nice and all around good people. I'll definitely go back for their services in the future.

Mike is absolutely great to work with! From the beginning, he is incredibly responsive with calls and texts, and takes the time to talk through the details of the job with you. He is friendly and professional, and his work speaks for itself! We had our TV mounted to the wall, and are so happy with the result. We'll definitely be hiring him back for future work, and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone!

Mike did s excellent job! I recently moved and couldn’t find anyone that could mount an 84” then I was referred to Petraglia Services. Mike was quick to respond to my call and he did the install the same day. He was quick, clean and extremely professional. He made sure my TV was centered and mounted at the appropriate height and also set up the surround sound. I would definitely use/recommend Petraglia Services again!

Petraglia services was superb! I called about having the AV wires for my TV run though the wall. Mike arrived within two hours of my call. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently, while still taking time to make sure I was happy with the results. It is unusual to find someone who so clearly cares about the customer's experience and just doing good, honest work. I would very happily hire Petraglia Services in the future!

I never write reviews, but I am so happy with my experience with Petraglia TV Mounting Services I wanted to share. I found them through a quick google search and Mike was honestly phenomenal. He was able to schedule me for same day service and mounted two 60 inch TVs with ease. He even hid the cable cords with equipment he brought, so the end result looks beyond professional. I always read reviews before I hire a company to come into my home, so I hope this helps someone else have an equally great experience.

Mike did an excellent job mounting my TV. There were no marks on the wall everything looks seamless. However during the appointment I inquired about getting lights added to my TV for ambiance. Mike then said that was an easy job and he would order the lights and would install them on another day. I had to call him several times to set up this appointment. When I finally got ahold of him he set a date and a time to install the lights he allegedly ordered for me. The date and time came and went with no contact from Mike. I called and texted several times that day with no response from Mike, he just ghosted. Very disappointing. I wish he had communicated better very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Glad I at least got my TV done. This company is a hit or miss

Mike and his Dad came over today to assemble our media stand and mount our TV. They did a FANTASTIC job. Not only are their prices extremely fair, but Mike was very easy to work with. He was super responsive when I reached out to him and even called me to let me know that due to traffic he was going to be a couple of minutes late. That let me know he valued my time. The TV he mounted looks fantastic. Such a clean look, which I love. And the stand, which was a huge project to put together looks great as well. I'm so glad I hired them. I plan on using them in the future and will recommend to my friends.

They are a great team. Highly recommend!

Mike was the absolute easiest person to work with out of any contractor I’ve ever hired. On time, professional, clean, organized.....I could go on and on but couldn’t forget to add that his pricing was more than reasonable! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Mike was great and the job was perfect. Very happy with the quick and clean installation. Extremely responsive and professional. Will use for all future installs.

My experience with Mike Petraglia and Petraglia TV Mounting Services was fantastic. I found Mike and his team after being given an extremely high quote to mount my television in my apartment. After reviewing his services on Google, my father and I reached out to him and the team. Mike was a complete professional who understood my frustrations and wanted to get the job done quickly to ease that stress. He came within the week with all of his tools and gear, gave a firm handshake, and assured me that the work would be done to the highest standard. For my apartment, I wanted to mount my television, mount a heavy mirror, mount a towel ring, and remove a towel rack. Mike completed these tasks quickly and maintained a great level of cleanliness. While working, Mike was open and engaging with me in conversation; we conversed for the entirety of the job and bonded over our experiences and life stories; the talking did not get in the way of his work, he is great with multi-tasking. At the end, I was given a more than fair price for the work that was completed and felt confident that I had made the right decision to use Mike's services. In the future, he will be my primary point of contact for related work, and I highly recommend him to anyone who could use his services. Thank you!

I am very happy to share my experience with Petraglia Services. I discovered them by reading some reviews and decided to reach out online for a quote for my job: a 65” TV tilt mount with a Sonos Arc sound bar below and the wires hidden in the wall. Within the hour (this was in the evening) Mike reached out to me with some questions to clarify the job, presented a reasonable quote, and gave me a flexible timeline for executing the work within a few days. Mike showed up on time, with all the necessary parts, and made sure he knew what I wanted before starting the work. During the job there was small snag with the wall construction in my place and Mike presented some options to solve it before dealing with it. Within ~90 min the job was done, everything was cleaned up, and I had a perfectly mounted and functioning TV and sound bar. Mike also gave me some advice for expanding my sound system down the road which I appreciated. Overall I am very happy with the job—Mike is knowledgeable and professional and I will be recommending him to everyone when these types of jobs come up down the road!

I would give Mike Petraglia more than 5 stars if I could! We were having a TV mounting emergency and Mike rushed right over and saved us and our TV!!! Incredible!! Rush service at a reasonable price?!?! Amazing!! Will recommend to anyone- what great service and such a nice guy.

Would have loved to give Mike a good review because he helped me with an installation service and the pricing was fair. However, like other reviews mention, he completely ghosted me for no reason after promising to follow up and complete additional work on the project. I reached out multiple times respectfully, even offering more business, but he never responded. It’s just not professional and a huge inconvenience.

Mike and a colleague of his installed two tvs plus a soundbar on the walls at my condo. They are experts and know exactly how to get the job done. These installs routed all cables through the walls for a super clean look. Highly recommended.
