Mint Maintenance did a fantastic job cleaning our home! The website is very user friendly- it allows you to get a quote based on your space/needs and see their availability. Our cleaners were on time, respectful, and did a very thorough job! Can’t wait to have them come again.

I had the unfortunate circumstances of a dead squirrel in my walls and the subsequent flies everywhere. I hired Mint to do a heavy duty clean in my entire apartment, including behind furniture, under baseboards, windows, light fixtures, etc. From start to finish, the process was amazing! Francesca is super friendly and helpful, and reached out as soon as the cleaning was done to make sure I was happy. The ladies cleaned EVERYTHING and I finally feel comfortable touching surfaces and even walking barefoot in my home again. I would DEFINITELY hire again!

I have young twins and zero time or spare bandwidth. Every two weeks the Mint Maintenance magicians swoop in and make my life a thousand times easier; they're thorough and effective and have been a massive boon!

I had contacted Mint Maintenance for a full-house deep clean to prep for me and my fiancé’s upcoming engagement & housewarming party. We were stressed the week before trying to come up with a plan to clean ourselves to be able to showcase our home for family and friends who had yet seen all the hard work we had put into it. I contacted Mint Maintenance a week before my event and Francesca was able to squeeze me in 3 days before the party, which was perfect timing! I can not thank the team of cleaners and Francesca enough, when they were done my home was pristine and we felt so prepared and ready to showcase our home. Mint maintenance did a fantastic job! We have a small house with 2 adults, 4 kids, a dog, and 2 cats living in our home. Needless to say, our house gets MESSY! I recently hired Mint to do a deep, heavy clean for a relative's apartment that was in pretty rough shape and long overdue for a serious clean, and I have some pros and cons on using Mint. For the positive, they were very responsive and timely, and they did a good job of cleaning what they were specifically asked to clean. They even provided photos of their progress, which was nice. However, there were some negatives in my opinion. They were very expensive. Very. Unfortunately, timing was critical on getting this deep, heavy cleaning done, so I didn't have much time to shop around, and Mint was the only service I could find on short notice that could meet my schedule. The Mint cleaning ended up costing me $2,000 for a two bedroom apartment. And, several weeks after this very expensive deep clean, a different cleaning service doing a routine clean of the same apartment noticed that the area under the refrigerator was filthy, an area which Mint obviously did not clean. And granted, while Mint's disclosures do say that if you want under the refrigerator cleaned you must move the refrigerator for them, I thought that after seeing the condition of the kitchen the Mint cleaners would have asked me if I wanted the area under the refrigerator cleaned, because as experienced cleaners they surely must have known it would be very dirty. But they did not. However, they did take the time during the cleaning to text me to ask if I wanted the mattress cleaned, or the upholstery cleaned, or the blinds cleaned - all of which would have cost extra, of course. But no mention of the area under the refrigerator. So bottomline, if you plan to use Mint for your cleaning project, take the time to shop around beforehand if you can, and be very explicit about what areas you want them to clean.

I contacted Mint due to an emergency at my office while out of town and boarding a plane as a cold call. Their team despite the situation jumped in and addressed our emergency immediately while accommodating my situation of limited contact. Thank you Mint! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.

I've used Mint Maintenance a few times and they have been great. Once I had a tiny complaint and they made sure to rectify the situation and I received a credit. Otherwise, I'm pretty picky and feel they do a great job. They are communicative, professional, on time and trust worthy.

The service themselves is amazing. We were due for a deep clean after a move and I just can’t say enough about the amazing job. They went through the fridge and cabinets and just did an amazing job- like it was their own home.

It was super easy to book online, and the team was very responsive ahead of time. Our cleaners did a fantastic job deep cleaning our apartment before a move. We were very impressed, they managed to get off grease stains from previous tenants over 3 years old and made our bathtub look like new. We will definitely use them again!

I recently hired Mint Maintenance for a move in cleaning. Not only are they super easy to book but the rates are very reasonable as well. The cleaning crew was right on time and Francesca kept me posted about the cleaning. Though there were a few spots in the kitchen that were missed (which I understand can happen), Francesca handled it very professionally and got it corrected right away! I had been looking for cleaner to come clean our apartment regularly and I'm so glad I heard about Mint Maintenance! Their website has all the information you need that outlines everything they clean for their different services which was super helpful and they show the prices for their cleanings which I appreciate so you don't have to email for a quote first/there aren't any surprises. They are super communicative and very responsive and open to feedback, they answered all my questions before and after and respond in a timely manner to emails and texts. I appreciate that they text cause it's easier for me than emailing back and forth. Mint Maintenance was definitely one of the more affordable options especially because they offer a discount for recurring services and they actually do a good job, I've paid a lot more for cleanings that left me feeling dissatisfied afterwards. I've recommended mint to several people already and will continue to do so!

We asked the team at Mint Maintenance to do a deep clean of our 2 bedroom apartment. It hadn’t been professionally cleaned in over a year, and needed a refresh. Our apartment is now SPARKLING. The cleaners arranged everything so nicely and the space feels lighter and brighter. We appreciated the extra touches they put on their work. It was so lovely to come home to. The administrators also do a great job. I communicated with a real person who walked me through the portal, helped me choose the services I needed, and let me know when the cleaners were done. It was my best professional cleaning experience.
