Today, Technician from this company came to our home and did an excellent job. He explained everything he would be doing to clean and sanitize areas. Totally satisfied with the technician's work done. We will be using this company again in the future.

Technician was the technician who cleaned my carpets. They look brand new, he was very professional and did an outstanding job.

I needed someone to clean a rocker recliner I have had for over 10 years. I reviewed a handful of companies and this company had the best reviews out of them all. I called for a quote and was able to get a guaranteed reasonable quote over the phone. Their online booking is simple and I was able to get an appointment the same week. Technician was not only on time but about 15 minutes early. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft. He made sure I was happy with how the chair looked before he left. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend him. If we ever decide to try and clean our carpet, this company will be the one I will call.

Would have got ripped off if I had used this business. Showed up 4 hours late and wanted to charge double what we paid for last year for same service at different company. He wanted me to pay before he did the job and when I said no, he packed up his stuff and left and we saved ourselves $170. I tried to call service number after this happened and they wouldn’t pick up..

I can see they've done some good work for other folks, but I agree with pretty much everything Ame says down below. Similar experience - tech showed up, wanted 3x the fee quoted money, rug was still very dirty after he left, 15-20 calls to try to get them to come back, they blew off the makeup appointment, more chasing. Eventually they gave me a half refund. Better than nothing but overall it was a ton of hassle for a poor result. A real contrast with the guy from another company who I had come in afterwards who was pleasant, professional and reasonably priced.
