I had a great experience with Mint Maintenance for my one time apartment deep clean. Compared to other places we called, their rates were very reasonable. They were able to come in the next morning, and showed up exactly on time. Most importantly, they did a very thorough job cleaning our apartment. I would definitely hire them again.

They were extremely easy to book with online and corresponded over text when they were heading to my apartment. Once inside, they were super efficient and really nice! These ladies were not only super nice, but also very professional, communicative, and they did a fantastic job! Mint maintenance cleaned our apartment a few months ago and I never got around to leaving a review. They did a fantastic job. We have a fairly big place and a dog and everything felt so clean when they were done. I was most impressed with how clean they got our sink - it’s a weird material that I honestly thought was stained and they got it spotless. Definitely would recommend

I recently was in search of a cleaning company to take care of my home. Take this as my word as the son of an Italian born mother. Mint is basically in the company name. They are awesome and couldn’t be any happier. Maria was super helpful in coordinating everything as well as very responsive. I wouldn’t call anyone else to clean my home.

Mint Maintenance absolutely saved my living room! We hired a chimney cleaning company to clean and repair an old chimney and unfortunately during their service the bag to their vacuum broke causing dirt and soot to go everywhere, ruining my white couch, white rug, and covering every single item in my office/living room. I called Francesca immediately and she had her team ready to start saving the day by the next morning! They spent over 4 hours meticulously cleaning every item nook and cranny, steam cleaned my couch and rug and completely restored everything that I thought had been ruined. I had already been using mint maintenance for monthly home cleaning but wow I did not realize what these guys are capable of. So grateful for the care they took and their willingness to come in on a Saturday to help me!

Louis’ and crew did such a phenomenal job on cleaning my dad’s apartment. They did a thorough top to bottom without disturbing any of his items, and it was so much appreciated….. the extra care that went into that. We used Mint Maintenance for a few months before we moved out of Maine. We had them come every other week and they did a fabulous job. Coming home to a clean house after a work day just can't be beat. We used them for a move-out clean as well. Our landlord asked us who we used because the house was spotless! Their online portal is also really user-friendly. Honestly can't recommend them enough!

First time writing a yelp review. The owner was very accommodating and great to work with. We called the day before and asked for a quote, the price was not for our budget, but he accommodated to our price. Told us there was no gimmicks and that the job would be done better than any other place. So we went ahead and booked an appointment for the next day. He came and was very friendly and our carpet was super clean. Now I can lay on the floor again.

I just had my carpets cleaned by this company. The owner and his son did an amazing job. The carpet looks brand new. They were professional and personable. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

This company did such an amazing job on our older blue carpet, it actually turned out way better than we expected it to. I told them I didn't care about the carpet stains as much, it will be removed after remodel, as I just wanted our main sectional and carpets sanitized and besides the bleach stained areas from the previous owner, they were actually able to get out most of the set in stains out. They helped with moving furniture and were genuinely nice and accommodating. They offered us a very fair price too. Would definitely hire them again.

The website is helpful for most inquiries but the technician was still able to answer any additional questions. He states the facts and doesn't try to hide extra costs or add unnecessary services.
