These guys were recommended to me from a friend and we are still friends. The reason this company are great. Well priced but between you and me I would of paid more for the service and the expert work. I have never done a review before, so they must be good. I am going from here to email them directly to thank them for the service. On a side note the carpet looks great.

The lead and her team were amazing. She was here on time she runs a tight ship understood 100 percent what i needed and made it happen no problem. She and her team worked non stop to get things done and i was extremely happy with her service knowledge and customer service. I would definitely use her again. Thanks for the service.

Shawmut Carpets Care was able to accommodate a last minute move in move out deep cleaning service at my house and they did an outstanding job. This is the best cleaning service we have had to date. The walls carpet bathroom ceiling fan is stunning. Not only did they go above and beyond but they are also the kindest and most professional people out there. I highly recommend this company's services to anyone.

Had my living room carpet cleaned by the technicians yesterday. They did a fantastic job. My carpet has gotten stained from our newest puppy and my 5 year old helped a bit too. When the technician examined the carpet he suggested the best solution and explained that there were certain stains that may not get out completely which i already kind of guessed. He also explained the difference between a regular steam clean and the service he is suggesting so i can make an informed decision. I appreciate the honesty. Once they began they were very efficient. They were done within 30 minutes and my carpet looked so much better. Strongly recommend.

Great services! Happy I got told about Better Clean from friends. Although I like supporting growing business in the area, but I vouch for them extra hard because they actually did great in organizing my pantry! There was also confusion on my part on the time due to daylight savings but the customer service and cleaners were very understanding of my mistake! Thank you again!

Someone recommended this company to me and honestly I didn’t expect much at first since they seemed like a smaller business. But wow, they really proved me wrong. Communication was smooth, the team was friendly, and the results were amazing. Now my only problem is I might get addicted to booking their services because they cleaned way better than I ever could 😂 I’ll definitely be scheduling again and recommending them to friends!

My parents were coming over and I realized last minute that I didn’t have enough time to properly clean the guest room. After asking around for recommendations, I booked Better Clean just a few days before their arrival. Luckily, they managed to fit me in on the same day my parents were arriving, which worked out perfectly. My parents loved how the room looked, although my mom instantly knew I didn’t clean it myself. A friend recommended Angela’s team to me, and I’m really glad I listened. They were very professional from start to finish and clearly take pride in their work. Two cleaners handled my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home and left everything spotless! The place was dusted, wiped, vacuumed, and sanitized. They even found a bracelet I had lost months ago and immediately returned it. It was valuable, and they could’ve easily kept it. Their honesty meant so much to me.

Amelia did a great job! So far, one of the best experiences I have for cleaning companies in the Boston area. I was scared at first since they look like they just opened started, but they def delivered in the results! I had just my bedroom and bathroom cleaned and it was worth it! She didnt cut corners or rushed herself, but she wasn't slow either. She paced herself well with amazing attention to detail. Will definitely be booking again!

My friend Alexia mentioned Better Clean to me a while back and kept saying how great her experience was. She even offered to pay for my first booking just to get me to try it! Since she spoke so highly of them, I finally booked a living room cleaning. Everything turned out perfect the coffee table was spotless, chairs were dust free, floors looked polished, and the carpet was freshly vacuumed. I’m really happy with the results 😁 and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Amazed by how well they handle last minute changes from my end. I had a booking scheduled in 2 days but had to resched last minute. They were able to pencil me in and got back to me with updates. Day of the cleaning, the crew arrived on time and brought their own stuff. My floors were mopped, streak free! Carpet vacuumed, dust free! Living room organized, clutter free! I wasn't impressed with the quality of the cleaning by other companies. I got the recommendation to try Better Clean and I didn't want to leave a review at first since I wanted to try them twice before leaiving a review. So I had them come out twice, in the past month, and they cleaned my kitchen and bathroom, which were places I didn't have time to properly clean other than surface-level clean. They were able to remove built up grease and burn marks on the stove, clean the pantry, thoroughly clean inside and outside my fridge, scrub bathroom floors and toled walls, the works! SUPER satisfied with the cleaning!

My partner and I are regular clients now and so far our regular cleaner and regular monthly cleaning have been legit blessings! The customer reps also checks in on us through messages with reminders and anything we need to know in advance. I really like the heads up touch! As for the cleaner and the cleaning results, she's wonderful! Baseboards cleaned, floors mopped, carpet vacuumed, she does it all so well! Couldn't ask for a better cleaner!

Had the best cleaning I've had in Boston EVER! They did not disappoint. By they, I mean the cleaner and customer rep. Camila was patieent enough to wait for me to come back to my house because I didn't leave a key any where i forgot! I got there in 15 mins and she was ready to start right away. For the customer rep they were so easy to contact and helped tremendously when I needed them to contact Camila of my slight lateness. As for the cleaning, very very happy with everything! 5 stars all around!

I host Airbnbs and a fellow host recommended me this cleaning company. Finally got to try out afrer I knew I couldn't handle a future turnover. The cleaner sent me a video of the aftermath of her cleaning around the condo. It gave me a sense of relief seeing how tidy and organized the place was and ready for the enxt guest! To add, the front desk and secuirty told me the cleaners that came by were respectful and polite. My guests post check-out gave me a high review for cleanliness too!

Better Clean is, no joke, better at cleaning than the previous company I hired to clean my house. My house isn't huge, just 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, but after a deep clean, it felt larger than it normally is. The cleaners were able to clean my home very well and it felt more spacious. Cleaners were also polite and did a great job making sure nothing was left unclean. Will recommend this to other people for sure

Two words: HIDDEN GEM!!! I heard of them from my friend who gave this a try last week and said they couldn't recommend it more. I then tried them out myself and was amazed by not just how they cleaned my home but also was very polite and efficient at their work! For example, some of my tiles in my bathroom floor have stains I can't remove even with the use of chemical removers or even vinegar. It was that tough to get out! But with elbow grease, the cleaner was able to remove the dark stains on my tiles! Impressed and very happy, thank you!

ngl I was kinda hesitant trying a newer cleaning company but wow, they really proved themselves. The team showed up ready, super organized, and you could tell they actually take pride in what they do. They worked quietly, didn’t waste time, and even handled the little dusty areas behind furniture that I usually ignore lol. My place legit feels lighter and more comfortable now. Also props to their customer support for being super responsive and nice. For a company that’s still growing, their standards are already top tier. rooting for this team fr will def book again!

I was recomended through word of mouth from peers which makes sense since they're new but honestly IMPRESSIVE! I hope they get the recognition they deserve because they sincerely are honest and hard working people and are very polite and respectful too. Other than that, they're not complacent when it comes to quality work, they really deliver excellent cleaning. I had my bathroom and kitchen cleaned and both now smell fresh and look tidy!

They, the cleaners and customer service rep, were all so friendly and accommodating! In my 2 bedroom, 1 bath, the cleaning was properly and professionally done. Each cleaner cleaned 1 bedroom each and they both worked effciiently together with the bathroom. Overall experience with them was 5 out of 5! Based on the amazing results, I might include my kitchen with the cleaning next time!
