I read the many wonderful reviews and hired this company to clean my condo carpet before my new tenant moved in the next day. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for the 2 hour window, I called and the technician didn't have it on his schedule after I verified it earlier in the week. He finally arrived after another hour, and said that it was so dirty, he'd need 'shampoo' and deodorizer and the price was $450 for two rooms. But if I paid cash, it would be $375. I've had the rug cleaned well before and it was more like $125-$150. I left to get cash, as I had no choice now that my new tenants were arriving in the morning, and before I returned he texted to say he was finished, 45 minutes later.
The rug didn't look clean to me but it was very wet so I t thought it would look clean when dry. It did not. There is a large dark area in the middle of the living room. He was argumentative saying the rug was old and not possible to clean better. I called to tell the company about this experience and they said a supervisor would call me. When I asked the name of the supervisor, the receptionist hung up the phone. I called back and it rang until a message came on and said that voicemail had not been set up yet??? So, stay away from this company as it was the most unprofessional job I've encountered. This is my first negative review in my life and I am 68 years old. No customer should be treated this way.

I had an appointment for carpet cleaning between 11am-1pm. When nobody had turned up by 2pm I called them and spoke to someone who said she’d call me back. When that call never came, I called again at 3.30pm and spoke to somebody else who said he’d call me back ‘within 5 minutes’ but that call also never came. I stayed off work so I could be home for this appointment and I also moved all our furniture around to prepare for it, while 7 months pregnant, just for nobody to show and nobody to even bother giving me an explanation. If you’re going to book this company based off the reviews then do what I didn’t do and pay attention to the fact that all the glowing reviews come from 3 months ago and seemingly are posted by people who only give 5 star reviews to other similar companies around the exact same time… some of them even being other carpet cleaning companies.

The photo here is surprisingly after our “deep cleaning” service. Yup, after the deep cleaning that cost us $$$.
Yes we got ripped off and this place is surprisingly nonsensical!
We were originally told there would be two people for the cleaning and would take around 40 mins.

We had one, really rude, with no respect or professionalism, person came.

The guy asked what service we want and when we were told there are two types “steam” and “deep” and that quote for deep clean was a double of steam. After we realized how big the price difference is we wanted to get just a regular cleaning done. The guy just “rejected” to do the service we asked for and went ahead with deep cleaning b/c of whatever the machine he brought already. And.. was done in just about 20mins of just driving around the machine like you would vacuum. There was no spot cleaning and we weren’t able to tell the difference.

Even worse was the person’s attitude. We weren’t expecting a great customer service really, but not this. The guy threatened us that he will leave if we don’t let him use the sink for filling in the water. We did explain that the sink water flow is really slow and it would simply take too long to fill the bucket. But the guy said he doesn’t want to hold the hose using bathroom without even taking a good close look at it. Later he tried the kitchen sink, came to a realization, and went back to using the bathroom one. (So stubborn!) Maybe we should’ve just let him leave at that point but we needed this service done so calmed him down.

He also mentioned these things like multiple times at us “don’t make my job hard”, “it’s Friday so give me money and don’t play the game” when we saw the result isn’t even close to what we were expecting. There was no logical explanation we could take or any effort in trying his best to get the job done.

If you don’t want to work, just be honest and just don’t! If we knew this was what we were signing up for, we wouldn’t have hired you either. Don’t make everyone waste their time and money.

I have sighed up a long term cleaning service with Cleanbizzz, very happy to have them service my entire building!

I never leave reviews, but I noticed they didn't have any so here's mine.

I gave them a shot after seeing one of their ads online. I just have to say thank you for coming in on such short notice! A young man and a woman came to clean my apartment and the place looks spotless.

They did a a amazing job! They were also extremely accommodating. I asked for a same day cleaning and they came by in a couple of hours. The owner is down to earth and is truly invested in the success of his business. All around an amazing experience.

10/10, they are so kind, respectful, and effective! I have used other services in boston and none of them came close to being as effective as Bennet Home Services. They really won me over, and for the price you're paying the service you get is outstanding.
