It was my first time working with Cleanzen—or with any professional cleaners. Graziela's team did a fantastic job deep-cleaning after my daughter moved out of her apartment. Communication with the backend team was seamless, and no detail was overlooked. They were flexible, and the pricing was reasonable. I’m very happy with their service and would gladly work with them again.

Dara came over, and truly made our apartment SPARKLE!! I cannot speak highly enough about how helpful and kind she was, and we look forward to having her back many times in the future!

Looooove the results I wish my place always smells fresh and looking squeaky clean. I like how Brenda was very attentive to every nook and crany and honestly I was taking notes on how to properly clean my place so I can hopefully do it myself lol but I think I'll just leave it to the pros when I need to lol.

This is the second time we’ve used Cleanzen to help us get ready for the Lunar New Year. They’re so easy to book and replied promptly, our cleaner also arrive promptly, worked efficient and thoroughly and really lovely to meet.

I’ve used Cleanzen consistently since 2019 (every 2-3 weeks). I finally decided to try another company instead after major and consistent communication and service quality issues. Among them are: cleaners misreporting their cleaning time (for per hour service), wearing street shoes in the home while cleaning, consistently missing key high use areas like floors under high chair, and repeatedly needing reminders about requests already noted for years in my file. I’ve tried to have such issues addressed over the years but finally, I decided to give up. They truly don’t value customers and are just a middle person between the customer and the individual cleaning team. It’s obvious that they make a cut for playing virtually no management role. I recommend either hiring another professional company that does a good job managing the cleaners to make the extra price worth it or instead working directly with a cleaning team which will reduce the cost by taking out the middle person.

It was difficult for me to clean everything while moving out at the same time. I finally booked a move out cleaning and that totally helped me a ton! I was stressed at first that some buildup won't be removed before the landlord checks the place BUT the cleaners were able to restore the clean and prestine state of the condo I rented. What a relief! Thank you again!

I had an extremely upsetting experience with this company, both financially and emotionally.

I booked a cleaning specifically for one bedroom and one bathroom in a shared apartment. Despite clearly stating that no common areas were to be cleaned, I was repeatedly told I needed to pay more because the total apartment technically has two bedrooms and two bathrooms — even though half the space is not mine and was not being serviced. This felt like a pricing bait-and-switch compared to the original quote.

After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to an hourly rate closer to what was initially quoted and asked me to send photos so their team could “prepare.”

After reviewing the photos, they cancelled the service entirely, telling me that the condition of my space was “hoarding-level” and therefore outside their scope. This was shocking and deeply inappropriate. I booked this service because I needed help decluttering and organizing, and I was never warned that sending photos could result in cancellation or that this kind of language would be used toward a client.

Regardless of internal policies, labeling a client’s home as “hoarding” is stigmatizing, shaming, and completely unacceptable customer communication — especially when someone is actively seeking help.

If this company is unable to handle cluttered or high-support situations, that should be stated clearly upfront and communicated respectfully, not after negotiating pricing and asking for photos.

Between the confusing pricing, pressure to pay for space not being cleaned, and the judgmental handling of the cancellation, I would not recommend this service to anyone who is overwhelmed or needs anything beyond a superficial clean.

Abgail and her team did a great job cleaning my apartment! They were able to get in and out very quickly and left it completely spotless after the fact. I greatly appreciate their service!

Thanks to the cleaner, who was very polite and efficient Booked them during the holidays Booked them again for a gatherning at home and i requested for the same team as before, and they did wonders just like last time! This has always been a reliable hire for me for about a year give or take now and it's my first time giving a review. I can't emphasize enough how I love their airbnb turnover cleaning! I handle a few airbnb spots and I often find it overwhelming to deal with cleaning in between airbnb bookings or turnovers. So for some units that I can't clean myself, I just call up to hire the pros for cleaning and they already know what to do and how I want my units to be cleaned and arranged. Total time and energy saver fr!

This is the first cleaning services I tried in Boston and they did not disappoint! Took a risk and was very anxious and unsure about letting ppl in my place since I'm only renting but the cleaner was respectful and focused on her job. I felt at ease with her friendly yet professional personality. Next time i might ask for Camille again bc she was lovely

Honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed but here we are 😂 I booked them to help clean my parents’ place since they can’t keep up with heavy cleaning anymore. The team was so patient and respectful, explaining what they were doing and handling everything carefully. They really paid attention to details! Fixtures carefully polished, bathroom spotless, kitchen looking brand new again. My parents kept saying how nice and professional everyone was, which meant a lot to me. The house looks amazing and the whole process was super smooth. Would 100% trust them again.

I would highly recommend Cleanzen!! I had a same day need and they came through without hesitation. They had 2 very professional cleaners arrive on time and on very short notice! I hosted a small gathering at home last week and honestly wish I had booked them for pre-event cleaning because I ended up handling everything by myself beforehand. Thankfully, I did schedule them for the post event cleanup. Lesson learned haha! They were incredibly efficient, helpful, and very reliable. It gave me peace of mind knowing I could focus on tidying the garden while they took care of the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Really thankful for their help!

I booked them to help freshen up my place before family visited and I swear my home got a whole personality upgrade. The cleaner was super professional but also very easygoing. She noticed buildup around my sink and handles stuff I literally ignore every day lol. and took care of it without me even mentioning it. Smooth booking, great energy, amazing results. lowkey obsessed hehe.

I booked them for a deep clean the day before a party and it was no problem at all. I really loved how easy it was to book online and how convenient it was to text questions and instructions. It was a great value, and Maria did an amazing job. I didn’t notice anything that was missed, which really impressed me. I was super happy with the deep clean and will definitely be recommending them to a friend.

My office space looked like a showroom after they finished 😭✨ Tbh I've booked them a couple times now and they NEVER disappoint. This time i got a different team but same amazing results, very professional overall. I also appreciate how easy it is to contact them whenever i have requests or random questions (im that client lol). Everything always feels smooth from booking to finish. We just moved into a new property and wanted a fresh start before unpacking. This cleaning crew did an amazing job sanitizing every room. They cleaned inside the cabinets, the closets, and even the garage. Knowing that the house is professionally cleaned gives me such peace of mind for my family.
