Booked them for a same week cleaning bc my place was starting to stress me out every time I looked around and wow, best decision. The cleaner showed up right on time, super friendly, and just got straight into it. I liked how organized her process was, moving room to room and actually checking her work after. My floors feel smoother, surfaces actually shine, and even the little dust around my window frames is gone didn’t even ask for that lol. Whole apartment feels calmer now, like a fresh reset. 10/10 experience, no complaints at all.

Tbh I just needed help catching up bc work life had my apartment looking chaotic. booked them hoping for decent results but they went above expectations! These guys are great! They accommodated a last minute deep cleaning for an apartment that really needed some extra TLC. The apartment is even cleaner than when I moved in!! They went above and beyond and put away some items I had stored on the floor, wiped down all the electronic and even washed the recycling bin. So so pleased with their work. Needed a last-minute cleaning service to help with my rental listening before the photographer arrive for photos to be taken. They were fairly flexible with my client’s specific requests, arrived on time and did a very good job all the problem areas in the home. My client and I were really impressed with their level of service and quality of work.

Online ordering system was easy to use and user-friendly, prices were very reasonable and you can pick and choose what you want or dont want (a-la-carte) so there is no confusion (e.g. if you dont want to pay to clean the blinds, you dont have to). Great availability on the day and times it needed to be done. Timely and efficient. Everything that was supposed to be clean and spotless was in fact clean and spotless. It was a great experience all around. I would definitely recommend getting cleaning services through Patriot Maids.

Patriot Maids is fantastic! I’m a business owner, and I’ve always had a very busy schedule. Thank you to Patriot Maids for being incredibly accommodating when it comes to fixing up our appointment, and I’d also like to thank the team for making sure to spruce up my office. Normally, I wouldn’t let anyone in there, but due to the state it was in, I know it needed some clean-up. Not only were they extremely careful in handling my envelopes, but they have also informed me of what they were doing throughout this entire appointment. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

I used Patriot Maids recently and I will use them again!  Bryan was so easy to work with and was always available to answer questions (Like "do I need to provide supplies", No you don't have to, unless you want to.) They come fully equipped with what is needed to do the job and they were available at the times I preferred.  Bryan was able to accommodate last minute requests with no hassle at all. The work was done diligently and without any need for me to get involved.  They knew what my preferences were for a 2 hour period and they did a great job managing their time and the task at hand.  I was so happy to have the help and recommend them, especially if you like low key cleaners who can blend in and go about their business without any fuss or the feeling like you don't belong there (I've had cleaners like that). Before leaving they gave me some tips on how to get paint off the floor and I appreciated that and the nice job they did.

Have been using the service for two months and our cleaning team is fantastic. They are prompt, professional and our apartment looks amazing! They make sure to check in about anything that I need. They are mindful that we have a newborn so they check which order we need rooms cleaned in order to accommodate her nap time. I LOVE that I can also add laundry folding which has been a huge time save. Highly recommend
