Jones Hill Carpet cleaning was scheduled to come clean 3 rooms at a quote of $49 per room. When the technician got there he said he could not get it clean unless he did their “deep clean” which would be $500 total. I did have some stains so I said go ahead. The next day the carpet was sticky and the stains were still there. Called the technician back, he was not willing to come back. I called Adam at the main number, he sent the same technician back he put more soap and stain remover on my carpet, the next day the carpet smelled even worse and still stains. I had to rinse the carpet myself with my own bissell carpet cleaner (the stains and the smell came out)… I called the main number back to talk to Adam about getting some sort of refund, but he did not return my call, it’s been 5 days…I do not recommend Jones Hill Carpet Cleaning.
