The service was fast and cleaning was very well done. I loved that you could edit what you want online. However, I don’t like that it was a flare rate. It took less than 45 minutes to deep clean my 400 sq foot apartment (because of the size, not because they weee rushed) so maybe shouldn’t be the same prices as any other apartment clean. Altogether would still use again.

Exceeded any expectations I had! From the hassle-free appointment booking to the time punctuality I was already elated! She definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything looked brand new! I wish I could give 10 stars!

I am very happy with Patriot Maids. My cleaners were thorough, kind and went above and beyond. I was happy with the booking process too. No long calls to get a quote that take forever to get to the price. You don’t have to get on the phone at all if you don’t want to. It can all be done easily online. The team is very responsive and it’s easy to get help if you ever need it. Highly recommend!

Great, easy to use, professional communication and service, on time and without drama or issue. Our landlord inspected the house after our move and commented on how clean it was and how pleased he was with it. We would definitely use this service again and recommend that you book if you're on the fence! Our folks accepted tip on venmo which was great as we didn't have cash on us at the moment. 5/5.

I used their services for a move-out cleaning. I liked that they worked fast and showed up on time and also have good customer support to address my questions and make some last-minute adjustments. I wish the cleaning team had a direct way of communication with me to let me know when they are done and could’ve checked their work while they are still there because I wasn’t at the apartment when they were working. I was happy with the quality overall. Thanks!

Without question they are the best. From the live person at the other end of the line every time I call, to their punctuality, their deep cleaning, never missing a spot, and their friendliness every time they come. I feel like cleaners try hard at first to win you over - then get lazy - but not them! They are consistent for years and I will simply never use anyone else. The overall conscious was that Patriot Maids provided the best clean at lower rates compared to others. I'm glad I tried them because they have been amazing. I've had other cleaning services in the past that cost significantly more and weren't even half the quality of cleaning I've gotten from Patriots. I recently just got my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 story home cleaned and I just wanted to say the crew did phenomenal. This is hands down one of the best maid services in the city. Very professional customer service and detailed cleaning. The process started by them calling me to ensure expectations were aligned prior to cleaning which was very impressive. Also, the cleaning service itself was outstanding and would definitely use them again. I think the price is fair, and you might be able to find something cheaper. But if you need your place cleaned last minute you get what you pay for with Patriot Maids 💯
