I used Fenway Cleaning Services for a deep clean, and they did an amazing job! The cleaners were friendly and professional, and they showed up on time. They focused on the areas I mentioned and even went above and beyond with some extra touches I didn’t expect. Booking was super easy, and the whole process felt really smooth. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable cleaning service

10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I booked a deep cleaning for my apartment and couldn’t be happier, I was not expecting to have a regularly scheduled cleaning after the deep clean but Elaine did such a fantastic job that I need to have her back in my apartment at least every month!

I contacted them the day before I was moving out of my apartment (studio), they were able to fit me in for a move out cleaning the next day, cleaning everything including the appliances and drawers, and were communicative the whole time. Highly recommend, they did a very thorough and amazing job.

Fenway Cleaning Services did an outstanding deep cleaning in my South Boston apartment. The team arrived on time, and paid attention to every detail. They cleaned areas we never cleaned and made the place look very welcoming. My place hasn’t looked this fresh since I moved in. Started the weekend with an absolutely lovely and sparkling clean home. The ladies were lovely and every detail was tended to. Will be using again!

They organized my room well, but the overall cleaning was poor. They claimed soot on my wall was a stain, yet I was able to clean it off myself afterward, proving it was just buildup. I had to buy products from DoorDash for them because what they were using was inefficient. The products I got worked for them better, but as I said, after they left I was still able to rub off more build up. They broke a sentimental item, did not tell me, and later tried to imply it might not have been them even with picture evidence. The fact that they didn’t say anything beforehand is the upsetting part.

Despite me paying for laundry, the owner later said they expected me to put everything into the washer myself and that their job was only to fold it. Which is something that was never mentioned beforehand. I told them I needed wash, dry, and folding. They also didn’t make my bed properly. There was no sheet under the comforter. I provided clear instructions by text, but several tasks were ignored or handled unprofessionally. I requested a refund, and all the owner said was “Think about the workers family.” Essentially guilt tripping me, saying I was being difficult and that was when they mentioned the laundry. When you're a business owner, and someone asks for a refund, you're still supposed to pay your workers, and you're supposed to eat the cost. What does their families have to do with with the terrible service I received?

I received 30% off as compensation but that does not cover everything that I will be replacing and handling.

If you want professional organizing, they might be fine. For housekeeping, I would not recommend them.

Fenway cleaning service did a great job on cleaning the house. They cleaned everywhere that is accessible inside the house and cleaned all the appliances professionally. The communication was always good. It’s good experience working with Fenway cleaning service. I will work with them again once a need come up.

Communication was very clear and thorough. I was impressed by the fact that they texted with updates and to check in to see if I was pleased with their services. They also went out of their way to send me pictures of Cleaning products to ask me if I was comfortable with them using those particular products in my home. I feel like that was above and beyond. Excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Fenway Cleaning Services last week. I booked a deep clean for my house on pretty short notice, and the team showed up right on time, friendly and professional. They went through every inch of the place and left it feeling spotless and fresh. The booking was straightforward, communication was clear, and they even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. I’m booking my subsequent regular cleanings with them!

I originally called after moving into a new condo I had purchased. The condo had a smell as if the previous owner had smoked in it. I messaged Fenway cleaning on Instagram and was soon on a call on a Friday night to schedule a cleaning service for Monday morning.

I thought the cleaning would be for wiping down the walls and floors to get the smell out. However, Ester went above and beyond and the deep clean was very thorough. She wiped down surfaces, did my dishes, and even folded my toilet paper in a triangle.

The whole place was spotless after she left and the smell was gone!

The team did an amazing job cleaning our apartment. I was out of town and needed the place cleaned, the operations team coordinated with my neighbors to get the keys, get into the apartment and did the job perfectly. I was really happy to come back and see the place spotless! Will definitely book again.

Helena did an amazing job! She was professional, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. Everything looked and felt clean when she finished, not just surface level, but a real deep clean. She was also punctual, respectful of the space, and easy to communicate with.

Fenway Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning my place. I had an emergency request and Driss (the owner), answered me almost immediately and scheduled a call on the same day. Despite it being late in the night, he still took the time to speak to me on the phone and get a service booked the next day. Cristina was amazing! She made my place spotless and smelling really good. Very warm, friendly and efficient service. I would 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with this cleaning service. I live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. There was a small misunderstanding regarding some organization that needed to be done, but they were quick to come back and take care of it without any issues. Cleaning service arrived on time. Cleaner was great, she took the time to do a stellar job for my entire apartment. The job was good enough to consider this service on regular basis. Driss was punctual to reschedule a time that works for me despite multiple rescheduling requests. My rugs were steam cleaned and I’m very happy with the overall service and results.
