I needed carpet cleaning in one room. The crew of two arrived on time, with an advance call, did the job professionally, and in a short time. But! On the next day new ugly spots appeared in one area. After my complaint, the same crew arrived within 2 hours and fixed it (it was not their fault to begin with!). Great reaction to an unpleasant situation! Will stay with this company for sure!

Great communication from the very beginning. The technicians arrived on time and immediately went to work. They tackled both rugs like pro’s and made them look almost new! I’d definitely reach out for more, like upholstery cleaning in the future.

I hired them to clean 2 area rugs and a couch. Unfortunately, I don't see much difference in any of the items. Only the front of the couch was cleaned. The back of the pillows and the back and side of the couch were not cleaned. They only cleaned the areas that are most visible so when I started moving things around, I realized not everything was cleaned. I would not use them again, sorry!

I hired the Ready2go team to clean my light grey fabric couch which had water stains on it. They were very professional, throughout the process. They communicated with me early on, were very flexible after I had last minute travel plan delays, and were punctual on the day of the service. My couch looked brand new afterwards and they were very fair with their pricing. I have only good things to say about their service, would absolutely recommend them!

They have been cleaning my rug for a few years now and I love there work. So professional and friendly. My rug always looks like new when there done.

I am so thankful to Ready2Go! They had great communication to schedule a last-minute deep clean of my decades-old wall-to-wall carpet in my workplace… and they were able to get a TON of dirt and grime out of it with their shampooing machine and thorough work (see the attached photos of the dirty water that came out!!!). The room looks and smells so much better now, and I feel very appreciative. The technicians and Reginald were very nice, even dealing with special requests, and I will definitely book with them again.

I am so unsatisfied with their services. They made it way worst. The stain is still there. The floor was soaked and smelled bad. It took more than a day to dry. Now the floor doesn’t feel the same anymore. My carpet feels really hard now. They told me they used recommended products from Home Depot. So unprofessional. I do not recommend them. They are also trying to lie in their response to this review. Don’t believe them.

I’m very satisfied with my carpet cleaning. I look forward to the complete finish when the carpet is dry but from what I can see there is a huge difference from before being cleaned. I was nervous about being up-charged after technicians saw the carpet in person, but the price was reasonable and worth it because the carpet is clean. Thank you.

They were on time and payed attention to the details. They ask what was needed in the beginning and ask me to do a final inspection before leaving. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Working with Dmaidspro was a wonderful experience. Jorge communicated with me via text right away and stayed in regular contact until the job was complete. He was very accommodating in meeting my scheduling needs. Jorge and his team arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly.
