I have been a Brabos Cleaning client for two and a half years always leaving a 20 percent tip because of the quality of cleaning but lately have found organization and communication to be poor. Cleaners were repeatedly late with no notice and when confronted, halfhearted apologies were provided by Brabos but this repeated for future bookings this year. The last cleaning had a price surge that was not clearly communicated despite being a long term client and cleaners arrived late yet again. I tried my best to give this company multiple chances because I did like the cleaners but the management seems to be the greater problem. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to be respected for your time and money.

I see the response but I did reach out each time when the cleaners were severely late and I received apologies from your company telling me that this would not happen again even though it repeated. I think after dealing with more than six occurrences this past year after calling and addressing my complaints each time - it's clear that this response is written to appear like you're understanding but no I'm sorry, I've spoken to your company enough with no improved performance so thank you for your time.

My place was pretty messy, and it took them 2 times to clean, but I was in contact with them non stop, and they made my place look new, stove top, counters, kitchen sink, etc. I highly recommend using them for your house/apartment cleaning needs.

This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning service and now that I have I can't believe I hadn't done it sooner! Brabos, particularly Renata and Thais, were so responsive, thorough, efficient, and friendly. My apartment has never smelled nor sparkled so beautifully until now! We were recovering from a mouse infestation and just wanted to return to a clean apartment after having to relocate for a couple of days. BraBos was wonderful to work with, from the personalized intake call to the day of cleaning. Our place looked and smelled amazing. And there was added relief the products they use are environment and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

My home was very dusty after our renovation, my family has asthma and allergies. I wanted to be sure everything was cleaned and dust free. The two cleaners were sweet and kind. They did a wonderful job.

I thought Brabos did a simply terrific job of cleaning our house. The two who came were very thorough and efficient, cleaning in places that other companies had certainly missed in past years. For example, cleaning the oven hood as well as the stove top. The two who came were also very nice. And I am glad that the business is licensed and insured. Finally a good company!

This is the first time I have ever hired a cleaning service in the US and I'm so, so, happy I went with BraBos. They haven't even left the property yet but I've seen the photos my parents sent over of their house and I'm really, really happy.

I sent two quote requests (one to a different provider - I think Maids Boston? And the others never got back to me). I just found them on Google search and read the reviews. I got in contact with them through the website and less than an hour, I got a call from them to get the quote for my house (about a 1700 sq ft house which hasn't been deep cleaned...I think ever. And the house is super cluttered!). The person I spoke to on the phone was super nice and friendly. The cleaning was scheduled for less than a week after the call. They did such a good job and worked really hard on this house. Can't be happier and I know I won't need to look for a different cleaning service in the Greater Boston area.

They did an amazing job with organizing and cleaning! Every part of the house was cleaned with detail and they came up with clever solutions to my shoe rack! They were also so fast and worked on Xmas Eve. They’re also so easy to contact at any time.

I live in Maryland and own an Airbnb property that I rent out in Newton, MA. Because I’m out of state, I need a cleaning company I can rely on completely — and BraBos Cleaning has been outstanding from day one.

They take care of everything for me: the full cleaning between guests, all the laundry, and making sure the property is always ready and welcoming for the next check-in. Even though I’m far away, I never have to worry. Their communication is excellent, and the quality of their work is consistently top-notch.

If you have an Airbnb or rental property in the Boston/Newton area, I highly recommend BraBos Cleaning. They’ve made managing my place from another state so much easier.

I've enlisted services from Brabos a couple of times now and I'm quite satisfied with their service along with their price point.

Pros:
1. Easy scheduling
2. Upfront costs
3. Great customer service
4. Fantastic cleaning services

Cons:
1. There is often a language barrier with the cleaners but not a big problem
2. Sometimes cleaners are not careful with delicate objects. I recommend either keeping the items out of their reach or giving them clear instructions.
I've had the misfortune of having some plants and trinkets being broken and not being informed.

Overall I would say that they are affordable, reliable and easy to work with and often deliver great service.

Found this company online. They lived up to their reviews. The two ladies that cleaned my apartment were fast and efficient. They made the place sparkling and the company was very communicative the entire process. I even had an add on of carpet cleaning which was very nice and much needed. Thank you BraBros.

Wow!! This was my second experience with BraBos cleaning my home (and I’m so excited to have them here on a regular basis moving forward!) Today, Melissa & Ivonete did a spectacular job cleaning our home (not easy with a 115 lb fluffy dog shedding left and right). They understood our needs and, when I asked if they were able to finish up slightly earlier than anticipated (due to my husband coming home sick from work), they were still able to take such care with every space I had asked about. The communication from the company is 10/10 for responsiveness/kindness. Highly recommend!

I am stunned nearly beyond words. I cannot believe the *incredible* job this team did on our kitchen which needed a LOT of love but they also had time to organize and arrange our dining room and living room!

This is on top of another crew coming out Saturday to deep clean our bathrooms - which also needed a ton of attention. I cannot recommend this service enough and will absolutely be using Brabos in the future.

Wow!!!!! BraBos Cleaning Service did an incredible job cleaning my condo. When I returned to my home after the job was done, the floors were shiny, appliances sparkling and everything was beautifully placed. Bought my mom a one time cleaning for her birthday and she she couldn't have been happier. The cleaners were thorough, professional, and caring, and everyone I spoke with setting the session up was incredible.
