Punctual, professional, great price, and really nice. We had a lot of trash following a recent move (boxes, unwanted furniture, etc.). Came at the scheduled time and securely removed the everything.

Utterly unprofessional. I was lead on by this company for close to a week for a small job that I needed to be done (that they quoted me close to $100 on). They considered my job a "small job" and of lesser priority, and blew me off twice on days they said they would come to remove the waste. I had to go out of my way to reach out every time (with often 4 to 5 hours until they responded). In the end, I was told to go find another company. Being in the midst of a pandemic, I want to support small and local business as much as humanly possible, as the major corporations continue to thrive. The reason I was patient was because of my intentions. Looks like I've got to reach out to a corporation now. They also quoted me $150 for a fridge removal that I managed to find someone to remove it for $20. Don't waste your time or energy.

Amazingly easy to work with. Danny communicated clearly and came out the same day for a haul of gear I needed taken care of. Will be using for future projects!

Absolute saviors! Came by to remove some solid wood doors from my apartment. They were in and out quickly, very careful! Extremely professional and efficient! Absolutely will be using them again!

I’ve used RM services for several projects. From cleaning out a basement with over 20 years of junk from the previous owner, to cleaning out an apartment to get ready for rent. In each case, the team at RM were responsive, easy to schedule, were respectful of the property, and were reasonable in their pricing. I’ll be hiring RM again.

I recently had to replace my master bathroom toilet and needed to get rid of the old one. I talked to Danny and he told me for a minimal fee he would come get it. Fourty minutes later he was there to pick it up. Danny was very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this service

Dan and RM Rubbish Removal are awesome! Dan was very communicative about his services and his arrival time. When he showed up, he and his colleague were friendly and quickly removed all the various junk (ranging from couches, to pallets, to a dresser and random household items) and charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend Dan and RM Rubbish Removal to anyone in the Boston-area who needs to get rid of junk!! Thanks, Dan!

Our tenants left several large pieces of furniture after moving out and we needed to get rid of it quickly. We were having trouble finding anyone who could come by in time, but Dan and RM Rubbish were able to fit us in even though they had to work late. They arrived when they said they would and were careful and efficient in removing the furniture.

Hopefully, we won't have to deal with future removal on such short notice, but I'll definitely be giving RM Rubbish a call next time we need disposal services.

They were fantastic. Super responsive. Prices were very reasonable. Most importantly, they were incredibly flexible. I had an issue regarding timing of meeting them to pick up my items and had to essentially cancel 30 minutes before scheduled pick up, but despite this, they were very willing to reschedule and were not mad at all...very professional.

Before hiring I had 3 estimates .
Danny came to my house and due to reasonable estimate and his customer service I hired him.
He and Pedro were on time .
They cleaned out a large storage area .
They opened each box to make sure that I wanted to discard the items .
They almost swept the area afterwards .
They could not be more polite and helpful.
I give them an A plus.

I had to remove my sofa on Nov 16--excellent services. Scheduled for the next day, took them several minutes; they were very professional and polite. Highly recommend!

Danny and Marlon were great to work with for my needs in East Bosto. They helped remove sheetrock and wood from a renovatio project. They also took dirt excavated from my yard among other debris and furniture. Extremely pleased with thier service. They came on time, they communicated promptly, and they did what was promised. I'll be using them again in the future. Thank you guys!
