Phenomenal service. They are really a life saver. I have three dogs and every now and then they get sick or has an accident. One of my area rugs was only a few months old and my dog stained it. The technician did an awesome job. I called him at the last minute and he was able to squeeze me in. He cleaned carpet on the stairs hallway and rooms. He also cleaned my couch and loveseat. His prices are super reasonable and i will definitely be calling him again.

They do a great job and are super easy to work with. He's able to clean both quickly and thoroughly. I've had service in the past where they spend almost 2 hours and do nowhere near as good a job. Highly recommend.

The owner was extremely responsive to my online request within 1 hour and quoted by the number of bedrooms 4 bathrooms 4 and then of course kitchen living room dining room kitchen floor and vacuuming over the phone. The cleaning job was real challenge and needed a lot of deep cleaning as it had unoccupied for over 3 years. The lead from this company came in first and did a full walk through prior to starting to discuss the cleaning and was extremely nice and professional. They arrived with 5 cleaners and were able to knock out all the cleaning in less than 3 hours. They scrubbed everything down and left with everything spotless and shiny. They even cleaned areas that i didn't expect them to do. I would highly recommend using them and if there was an option for more than 5 stars they would get it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed i can have them back for a monthly cleaning service but i have to talk to my hubby about it first.

Well priced but between you and me I would of paid more for the service and the expert work. I have never done a review before, so they must be good. Shawmut Carpets Care was able to accommodate a last minute move in move out deep cleaning service at my house and they did an outstanding job. This is the best cleaning service we have had to date. The walls carpet bathroom ceiling fan is stunning. Not only did they go above and beyond but they are also the kindest and most professional people out there. I highly recommend this company's services to anyone.

Had my living room carpet cleaned by the technicians yesterday. They did a fantastic job. My carpet has gotten stained from our newest puppy and my 5 year old helped a bit too. When the technician examined the carpet he suggested the best solution and explained that there were certain stains that may not get out completely which i already kind of guessed. He also explained the difference between a regular steam clean and the service he is suggesting so i can make an informed decision. I appreciate the honesty. Once they began they were very efficient. They were done within 30 minutes and my carpet looked so much better. Strongly recommend.

Great services! Happy I got told about Better Clean from friends. Although I like supporting growing business in the area, but I vouch for them extra hard because they actually did great in organizing my pantry! There was also confusion on my part on the time due to daylight savings but the customer service and cleaners were very understanding of my mistake! Thank you again!
