The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. The so called tech showed up with his girlfriend waiting in the car (I have no problem with that but he was in an awful hurry to finish) we have a sectional with 13 total cushions, he spent less than 3 minutes total per cushion and it shows. When questioned about the price and time (45 minutes) he spent he angrily asked what I do for a living? He made my wife feel very uneasy and wanted cash. We eventually paid him via Venmo
Because he would not leave. He was actually yelling at my wife to the extent that she called me on speakerphone in case something happened.
If I could post pictures you would understand the rip off. $ 350 down the drain.

Professional cleaning with outstanding results.

I am not sure of the quality of work but the tech was rude, combative and priced way over the estimated quote on the phone.
I scheduled an appointment by phone. I received a text that the tech would be later than the appointment time. The text was from the Tech. I confirmed the new time. He arrived, gave me a quote 500% higher. I let him proceed because I thought the phone quote was low. He then came back in with a woman, to I assume help with the work. He left shortly after to get something from his car and she did most of the work. When he came back in through a different door than he was told to use he started yelling at me that he comes and goes in homes all day. I live in a secure building that you need a fob or concierge to let you in. He told me to treat him like a human and said he wasn’t a N word. I never called him anything just said what our building rules were. I told him he was being rude to me and asked him to leave immediately. I do not call anyone names and I respect all people, especially service people that I ask to do work. The woman left, out the proper door. He finished the work even though I asked him to leave. I let the concierge aware of the situation. He did eventually finish and asked for payment. Venmo or Zelle. I said I will give you a check made out to the company. He said no, pay him directly. I called the company and asked if that was protocol. I also informed the company of his unprofessional behavior. They said yes, pay him, he is a contractor that they hire. He did not work for them directly. I would never use this company because they were not concerned about his volatile behavior or threatening attitude. The two techs also left items in the unit, her pocketbook as well as a long spoon.
I paid because I felt threatened by his behavior. I read the reviews before I made the appointment, they were all good except one that had a very similar situation. Beware of Yoram.
