Made an appointment for today 9-10am. When I called initially to make the appointment, I asked them if it could be towards 9 AM given I have to go to work. I called at 8:45 AM today to ask what time the technician was coming. The woman who answered the phone said she would check in and call me back. She never called me back. I tried again after 15 minutes and no response. They blocked my number and also never showed up to the appointment after I have been here the last hour waiting. I had my partner try to call as well as my building, no answer. Unreliable and unprofessional, if there’s an issue, just call us and let us know so we don’t waste our time. Plenty of other options in Boston so don’t waste your time with this one.
