for some reason they can never come on time and are constantly behind schedule. We have been waiting three days now for some assistance. Never answers their phone and no one checks the messages overnight.

First of all the company is not who they say they are. They contracted out to some other company (I don't even know who) and just a guy in his unmarked minivan showed up.

The price they quoted me on the phone ($250) was a complete lie, they ended up trying to charge $1000 to clean all my ducts. I wish they had just been upfront about this and I would have not moved forward.

Instead, I decided to just have them clean my return vents (2) and unit for $400, which felt excessive considering after watching him work he literally just used a vacuum and a drill attachment that went into the ducts and broke up the dust.

The on top of that he ended up damaging my drywall. He took $50 off the price but I had to haggle him for that which was frustrating. After the work was finished he left dirty handprints all over our white wall. He did not clean these up after.

I would not use this company again and would not refer them.
