Great service, today Sadegh came and gave us full explanation of what we should do about our HVAC issues and concerns. We learnt how the code applies to each element and look forward to work with him.

On a chilly morning, our heater failed, and an expert quickly restored warmth within an hour. Their professionalism and efficiency were top-notch, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give this place 0 Stars- they are horrible. My BRAND new ref. stopped working they were called in to fix it - some guy came in (very nice) said it was working- waited 24 hours and nothing- still broken- asked them to come again- came- still broken - asked them to come again .. and SO ON. so they have been at our hour 4 times now.. the fridge will work for a little and then break- they are now saying they only have 1 invoice- even though they have been at my house 4 time. The refrigerator manufacture says they need 3 invoices to replace the fridge and Apollo cant provide them. I have now thrown away more than 1000$ worth of food, because these people keep telling me its fixed (and it will be for a few days, I will go to the store) and then it stops working. They offer no help. THE WORST IS THEY CANT PROVIDE DOCMENTS SAYING THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE.

I would like to thank Vince Mellone of Apollo Appliance for refunding my service charge payment after realizing my warranty had expired only a short time ago. It's not common that a company will refund a customer a service charge and Mr Mellone of Apollo deserves credit.

I had a car problem and was running late to be home for Ron's visit. I called Apollo and was told not to worry. Ron arrived about ten minutes after I got home and had my oven repaired in 45 minutes. As many thumbs up as possible!

This isn't the first time Vinny came to fix something in my house. He absolutely knows what he is doing and also has fantastic customer service skills.

I would absolutely recommend Apollo for any appliance work. Great compay, great people and great service!
