We had a great experience with our duct and dryer vent cleaning. We recently purchased a home and cleaning the ducts is the first thing we do. We was assigned Yanes (forgive me if I spelled incorrect) who called prior to his arrival time. When he looked at the ducts, he let us know that it was recently cleaned and asked if we still want the service. We did of course and I am glad we did. As he began cleaning the dryer vent he found that the dryer vent was not connected and blowing into the attic. Fire hazard! He connected and secured the dryer hose so that it could properly vent when running. He took before and after photos and provided useful advice as to the filter used in the home. We were very pleased with his professionalism throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning.

We can count on Lowe's for a job well done. Yearly dryer vent servicing is important, and there are so many duct cleaning scammers out there. Lowe's is the real deal. Highly recommend.

Juan provided excellent service and the price was very reasonable. Our HVAC system is performing much better than before. He pointed out that our furnace coils also needed cleaning and was able to take care of that during the duct cleaning service, saving us time and money by not having to call another contractor out another day to do it. I highly recommend Juan for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.

We are very pleased with the cleaning that we had. They actually came a day earlier than scheduled, and communicated their arrival when they came. Jordon was very courteous, and told us each step of the process. He showed us pictures of before and after, and it did not take too much time. I would recommend them for their service.

Lowe’s came out and cleaned our dryer vent. They were timely, called ahead when they were coming and cleaned up behind them. We were pleased with their work and they showed us how much came out of the dryer vent which really surprised us. So glad we got this done before winter.

Just an EXCELLENT decision to contract with Lowe's to clean air duct and dryer vent.
Service rep arrived between the time that expected. Conducted an initial walk-through, less than 5 minutes. Service rep advised 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete the cleaning.
After the air duct cleaning completed, the Service rep advised/suggested that the external A/C fan unit could used clean. I went ahead and paid for the cleaning.
Even with the additional task of cleaning the A/C fan unit, the Service rep completed all tasks within the 2 hours and 20 minutes that he mention when he arrived.

We hired Lowe’s to clean the air ducts, dryer vent, bathroom fan vents and furnace and ac units. Our technicians, Belman Hernandez and his assistant, were professional and courteous. Our house smelled like smoke due to fire next to our place, and now the smell has dissipated. I high recommend them.

Lowe's Duct cleaning is great. Byron was nice, polite and respectful of the property. He explained everything he was doing. The pictures were great to see the before and after. I had such a good experience with their dryer vent cleaning and asked to schedule an air duct cleaning. I was assigned Alex who called ahead coordinating his arrival time. He first reviewed the layout of the home, looking for the air handler, vent, and return. He explained that the process would take a couple of hours and that he would brush, vacuum, and sanitize the entirety of the duct system. He took before and after photos and provided useful advice as to the filter used in the home. We were very pleased with his transparent approach and professional attitude throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning and Alex in particular.
